Upgrades provide a guaranteed boost to certain stats. Each upgrade boosts the item level by +3. Each upgrade also increases an unspecified substat.

Valorstones

Upgrades are items that can be used to upgrade tools, armor, weapon and accessory upgrades. They can be bought by players through item upgrader kit upgrader NPCs in exchange for a variety of currencies, and can also be found in random treasure lists.
