Item upgrading allows players to improve their weapons and gear with new affixes, increasing its stats base or giving additional benefits. To upgrade items, players must have the item in their inventory and access the kiln.

Items with weak bases, such as rings can be upgraded to a stronger base. Items with bases that are strong, such as the Titans of eth have little change in their stats.

Upgrade components

Upgrade components can be incorporated into trinkets, weapons, armor and gathering tools, giving an attribute bonus or extra effect when the equipment is in use.
