Researchers from Aalto University studied the eye movements of children in a game that simulates reality. This was conducted to determine if a ML algorithm could differentiate between ADHD and normal children. The results showed that a machine learning algorithm can recognize ADHD children.

Another study compared the efficacy of different machine learning algorithms. The results showed that a random forest technique offers a higher level of robustness and higher percentages of risk prediction errors. Similarly, a permutation test demonstrated higher accuracy than randomly assigned labels.
