Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can sometimes increase the performance of a piece and, sometimes, even add extras. The value of these upgrade is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements, and the number of random augmentations are applied.

The elite racial Shield Razortail, for example, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP and/or add additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an acquired Best item upgrader, such as a weapon, armor, or ring. This allows you to swap the item for a different one similar item and comes with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. However, they don't retain the same level as the original item and any resources that are wasted won't be compensated for.

The survivors can acquire reroll tokens by a variety of means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in chests and crates or purchased at the local store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute on the equipment for example, increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.

Players can reroll their equipment in three categories: physical power, magic power, and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attack and spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional level of health.

Three types of rerolls tokens are available: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a better quality and requires a higher-quality reroll token order to create it. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, rare upgrades require a special or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

As opposed to other tokens or markers that are placed on action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the space until the next success result is rerolled. This allows you to save upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase and can be opened by grabbing them with Interact. Once they're opened they will display a complete description and icon of the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's shop can swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.

During the course of a run, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on chosen Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls, and those that are located in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and other accessories. These stones are special stones which increase the level of an item by increasing its stats or characteristics. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by signing daily contracts.

To upgrade gear, the player must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". This will show a list of the item's level, and what it will be after being leveled-up. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.

After deciding on the item to upgrade the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. Once the player has met the requirements, they can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a specific percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item, the upgrade process can take between seconds and minutes.

The upgrade process is completely risk-free and does not affect the longevity of the item. It's an excellent choice for those who want to get an edge in battle but don't want to burden their wallets. Moreover, players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item onto a new item upgrades by clicking the "transfer" tab.

For new players, it can be difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are a variety of ways to obtain them. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. In addition players can also cut down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that allows you to increase the stats of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It is accomplished by adding upgrades at the Upgrade Station and paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will use up the upgrade components and grant the item a higher level, granting the item a boost in that area. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item is attained.

Items that have upgraded stats will display an icon of blue next to their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, cannot be added to more than one item at a time. Each upgrade component will require an amount of items as well as a certain level of equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add items to be upgraded. On the right side, previews show what the gear will look like at its next level. Once the player has enough items and has pressed the yellow arrow will initiate the upgrade process.

An item of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.

When an item is at its maximum capacity, it will no longer have the option to upgrade. When an item is upgraded to a certain track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for the track will be offered at discounted prices.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to give an additional benefit or bonus when the equipment is being used. They can be bought from vendors, looted, acquired through quests or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be changed by acquiring new ones. However, this could cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.

Requirements

Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain stats of weapons and armor that they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item vary depending on its type however, you'll usually require Dilithium as well as an amount of Upgrade tokens.

Items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to equipment and weapons. These will provide extra effects or an increased quality of the item. These upgrades can come from many sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade component is added to an item, it can't be removed and replaced freely, however, the glyphs used in gathering tools can be swapped out without limitation.

Upgrades can boost the Mark Level of an item upgrader mod or Rarity. In addition, certain upgrade components include additional modifiers which can further enhance the stats of the item.

The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun", for instance, increases the base defense and provides an additional 20% chance to block. In addition, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases damage to weapons.

Certain items benefit from upgrading less for their increased stats, but because it allows players to get the most value from a flawless roll on the item. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

When you choose an upgrade component to slot into an item, the game will display a pop-up window that shows the necessary requirements. This includes the type of item (either Weapon or Armor) and the level of the item and the upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

The game will place an item in your inventory when you've fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then change to show how close you are to getting the upgrade completed. You can also track the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
