Upgrade components can be added to an item however, the original one is destroyed (except for legendaries and ascended equipment). Only upgraded items that have an identification level of 0 or more can have upgrade components added to them. If you upgrade a weapon already equipped with a suffix or prefix upgrade, the item will be referred to as it would appear on the game screen (for example adding a Radiant insignia to Canthan Armor makes it Canthan Armor Minor Vigor). A player can have up to three upgrade items at a time.
Glyphs
Glyphs are a useful accessory to any item Upgrader mod because they offer numerous unique benefits and boosts. Some Glyphs increase the number of affixes an item has, increasing its effectiveness. These glyphs are available through the dungeons and some even be found in specific World Tier 3 areas. It's important to remember that glyphs are only available to characters who have created a root-dungeon of the same level of depth.
To make use of a Glyph it is necessary to build it from components and connect them using anchors. The component will then automatically align to other components or paths in the same layer. Other glyphs include the Exploit Glyph, which makes enemies that hit the Hero vulnerable to damage.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens are special tokens that are used to reroll the results that are rolled when taking an Action. They are destroyed after the reroll has occurred. Reroll tokens are accessible in a variety of ways, including raids and dungeons or by participating in skirmishes. You can also buy them in the shops, or from other players. They are particularly useful in dungeons and trials, because they let players play a reroll of rewards of the final chest.
