Upgrade components

Upgrade components are things that can be put into weapons, armor trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to provide an additional benefit or bonus when the equipment is utilized. They can be purchased from players or vendors looted, or gotten as rewards, or constructed using crafting materials. Alongside providing bonus attributes, upgrade items can also be cosmetically beneficial.

Upgrade components include inscriptions, enhancements, and infusions. They are generally not available for general use, and are only available to ascending equipment or certain non-ascended weapons from the Factions campaign. Infusions, inscriptions, as well as enrichments can be extracted from equipment using an Infusion Extraction Device. They can also be salvaged with a Black Lion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage Tool.

Unlike other upgrade items Phoenix Boxes, unlike other upgrade items, can be traded even while still connected to the item they are upgrading. They can be reused after being reclaimed. These upgrade items are the Best item upgrader option to boost quality of armor and weapon without spending Dilithium because they can increase the item's chance of receiving a high-quality upgrade by two times.

Upgrade components can be added to an item upgrades, but the old one is destroyed (except for legendaries and ascended equipment). Upgrade components can only be added to upgraded items that have an identification level of zero or greater. If you upgrade a weapon already equipped with a suffix or a prefix upgrade the item will be named as it appears on the game screen (for example adding the Radiant insignia to Canthan Armor creates Canthan Armor Minor Vigor). A player can only have three upgrade items at one time.

Glyphs

Glyphs can be an excellent addition to any product. They offer unique benefits and boosts. Some glyphs can also increase the number of affixes on an item, thereby increasing the overall power of the item. These glyphs are obtained through completing the dungeons. Some can even be found in certain World Tier 3 zones. It is important to keep in mind that glyphs are only available to characters who have created a root-dungeon with the same depth.

To use a Glyph first, you need to build it from components and connect them to anchors. Then, the component will automatically align itself to other components and paths in the same layer. If you don't wish to create the glyph using components, you can create it by using a combination of paths and anchors. Drag an element near a component highlighted to lock it into its place.

Some glyphs have conditions to meet, such as having 25 Dexterity or more in a particular area on the Paragon Board. Certain glyphs also require a certain number of Primary Stat nodes to be activated and can be a challenge to achieve. Certain glyphs have a radius that grows with each level.

Glyphs are available for a wide variety of items, and are added to all weapons, with the exception for the weapons of specific classes. Some of these glyphs also require conditions for example, like having a certain amount of dexterity or attack damage in a specific location on the Paragon board.

The Defend Glyph boosts the chance of preventing enemy attacks by 5%. It also has a chance of 15% to render the Hero vulnerable for two turns.

There are a few glyphs that can be applied to limited-use tools, such as the Black Lion Chest or Trading Post. These glyphs contribute to the Combat Mechanic Achievement.

The most popular glyphs are the attack glyphs which increase the ATK substats of Artifacts with a flat value. These glyphs are especially beneficial for classes that employ ranged weapons, such as Warriors or Rogues. The Exploit Glyph makes enemies who hit the Hero vulnerable to damage.

Reroll tokens

Reroll tokens are tokens that are used to reroll the results that are rolled when taking an Action. After the reroll is completed they are discarded. Reroll tokens can be gained in several ways, including through the dungeons, raids, and skirmishes. They can also be bought in the store or from other players. They are especially useful in dungeons and trials, since they allow players to roll the rewards from the end chest.

For items at the level 1, there are values for recycling points. When an item upgrader kit is recycled, it will add a specific number of points to the upgrade gauge. This number is determined by the rarity of the item and its level. The upgraded item will not keep its level when recycled, and the cost to recycle an upgraded item increases as its level increases.

Another option is to use reroll tokens in order to make an upgrade item rerollable however this will not bring the item back to its original state or provide its original extra statistics. This is useful for players who wish to reroll a piece of equipment they don't love but want to keep in their collection.

Three kinds of upgrade coins are available in the game - Reroll, randomly generated and upgrade. Each type has a few subtypes. For example, reroll tokens come in three different levels: rare, enhanced and legendary. Each requires an item of the respective level to produce an item of the same quality.

To make use of reroll tokens, right-click on the Satanic or Angelic item upgrader kit in the inventory and select "Reroll Token". Select the type of token you want to use. The tokens that are available include Item Weapon, Misc, 1hgun, 2hgun and Focus. The use of an Item token will produce the creation of a new Item of any kind. A Weapon or Misc token produces a new weapon belonging to the same faction.

The item can also be upgraded to a new item that has the same stats but is at a higher level. This will occur if the item been placed in the Pool that is not droppable or if it was transferred there as part of an franchise card.
