World of Warcraft Item Upgrade and Set Bonuses
The upgrade to an item is an enchantment which increases the base stats of specific weapons or armor. This includes tertiary stats like Leech or Speed.
A special evolution item which allows Porygon2 to evolve into Porygon2. It is found at Pokestops and Gyms.
Universal upgrades can be utilized on any type of equipment and offer fewer benefits than other components that are equipment type specific to the equipment type.
Leveling
The upgrade items system allows players to enhance items by increasing their level. The item's "guaranteed bonuses" are also enhanced by the increase in level. Every level upgrade grants an additional bonus based on the tier and increases the stat by a factor of 3. These bonuses range from +3 to a +1 bonus or a random buff.
Each item is limited to a certain amount of upgrades. After an upgrade, the item is able to be re-transferred into a higher-tiered item which is of equal or greater value.
This method is extremely beneficial for players who want to obtain gear with a certain level of stats before having the opportunity to obtain an item that is new. The transfer system allows players to avoid the waste of upgrade material and is easy to use.
Upgrade materials are gathered as the player clears their cache of content. They are used to improve or replace an item. Every item level upgrade requires a specific kind of upgrade material. Weapons require Destruction stones, while armor items require Guardian or Harmony Leapstones. When an item is upgraded, these materials are changed to a different name. For instance, Stone Fragments becomes Stones and Harmony Shards becomes Life Shards.
It is essential to upgrade items in order to boost a character's performance. However it is also crucial to consider how much this will cost. The cost of upgrading an item could be quite a bit of gold, which could be better used to purchase new equipment. This is why it's best to upgrade the most important items in any given situation.
This typically means that you first upgrade the weapon followed by the legs and chest, then the helm. Upgrade trinkets now if the player has the funds to do so. This will maximize their proc potential. Upgrades to a premium Throne of Thunder item may be worth it due to the more damage it could cause. Some trinkets, however, are not worth upgrading until they provide an enhancement that is significant to the particular build. This is especially true of the breakpoint gear that is that is used for stats with high value, such as IAS or FHR.
Rerolling
Rerolling is a technique that lets players alter the stats of an armor, weapon, or ring, depending on the type. It can be used to replace bonuses or to add new ones. It can also alter the power of the base item.
Rerolling is an effective way to increase your power in the initial stages of the game it's not a mandatory part of the process. Once you hit your level 6 upgrade item goal, it's usually better to roll down and find the best upgrades that you can or save for the next group of items. This will allow you to build an effective team when you get to your goal of upgrading to level 9.
The rerolling process is very similar to the system of leveling up. You can use reroll tokens to remove a Level Up option from your item and exchange it for another. However unlike Level Up, reroll tokens don't reset the item's level. This means that when you reroll an upgraded item, it will no longer be at that level and won't be able to enjoy its extra bonus.
Players can also use the special mechanic Eliminate, to remove any level Up option they have on their equipment or weapons. This is useful if you get a bad gacha result or you want to reroll a five-star model. To do this, you'll have to create an account from scratch or log in through social media.
In each town, you are able to visit an Occultist to alter the aspects or stats of a weapon or armor. This is useful if you want to enhance your epic five-star unit or if your four-star elite character isn't working for you.
Another method of rerolling an item upgrading is using the rerolling tokens that are obtained through the completion of quests. These can be purchased from the Occultist for 300 gold or they can be found in the holozon boxes that are dropped after the completion of certain dungeons. You can then roll any weapon or armor by moving the icon with the lock to the desired slot on your unit's page.
Sets
A set is a collection of items which have some commonality. You use sets every day, such as a dozen eggs or a set of friends. They are helpful because they allow you to organize things, and operations such as intersection, union and distinction help you to manage them effectively. Sets can be utilized in various ways, including arranging music on a list of play lists or classifying students according to their grades.
In Nioh the game, players utilize sets to give special effects for players who wear pieces of a specific Armor Set. These bonuses are known as Set Bonuses and they are superior to Effects. While it is not explained in-universe why the armor sets have to be worn together to create these extra effects, they can provide some variety when playing the game. The armor sets that come with Set Bonuses are found in many places around Hyrule like the Dark Moon Temple and Twilight Temple.
Every piece of equipment in the Set has a number of Set Bonuses associated with it. The tooltip near the bottom of the item will inform you which Set Bonuses are available. The Set Bonuses will show in a red box.
Some of these bonuses are only available for certain equipment. For instance, if purchase the full Phantom Armor set you will receive +8 defense (compared to the standard +3 defense that comes with most gear). Certain sets can only be obtained by completing certain tasks or buying them from the Auction House.
It is also possible to get Set Bonuses on several pieces of equipment at the same time. For example, if you own the entire Kestra's Descent set and the appropriate parts of the Twinblade of Shadow you will receive the + version of the bonus set when you can match it.
Unlike Effects that change each time you upgrade them, Set Bonuses are the same, even when the pieces of equipment they're connected to increase in. If an item is exemplared to be too low, then the set bonus will not work.
Set bonuses
Set bonuses are special effects that are available on a set of gear which can provide a boost in battle. They offer a specific percentage of a certain stat, such as defenses, weapon damage, or resistances. However, they do not stack, and only one will be active at a time. The amount of a particular stat is determined by how many pieces of the set have been used, so you can have three chests, one armour, and four weapons, for instance. however only the one with the highest bonus will be of benefit to you.
They generally boost the primary stats of a piece, but some also boost secondary ones too. Defense bonuses boost three defenses for each position and two defense types, so for example, a full five piece set of Hundings Rage will add up to a total of about 400 defense in your equipment. This is a significant increase in your gear, particularly as melee characters.
This is a great feature, and is among the most well-known in the game. There are currently only a handful of sets of gear come with set bonuses. They are only available on the Test Realm. However, this number is likely to rise once the update is released. For instance, the extremely popular 7 school-specific Dragoon's gear will have its bonus added when the update hits Live.
Set bonuses do not stack within a set however they do stack across sets. This is a great option for players who wish to mix sets in the best possible way. However, it requires some planning. Set bonuses only affect the shell (not the armoring or mods) of an piece of equipment, so you need to be careful when putting them.
It is important to note that the amount of the set's bonus won't change even if your exemplar level is higher than three levels below the minimum required for an enhancement. Purple (Very Rare) Sets PvP sets, set-ups for PvP and Archetype Origin sets are exempt from this rule and their set bonuses function regardless of the exemplar level of an item.
