They also loved the large storage basket, which is ideal for stowing spare bedding or nappies.
This is a great option for parents who wish to sleep in a co-sleeping bed but don't want to share their bed. If one of the parents has mobility issues, such as back pain or arthritis. Our mum testers loved the ease with which they could access their child in the Iora and that it included an adjustable reflux incline that helped to reduce gas.
Our mums are thrilled that the mattress adheres to NICE guidelines. These include placing the infant in a Moses basket or crib on its own without blankets, toys, pillows etc. They also say that the mattress is firm and comfortable for baby and is easy to find sheets for. It's not as light as some of the smaller cribs on our list, so if you prefer something lighter and easier for you to move, choose another option.
