Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades to gear increase its base stats, and sometimes boosts its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random enhancements applied.
For example, the elite shield of racial violence Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more tradable than the non-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens are a way to reroll an acquired item like armor, weapon or rings. The item is swapped for another of the same type, with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are an affordable method of upgrading gear. They don't preserve the original level of the item and any wasted resources won't get compensated.
The survivors can acquire reroll tokens by a variety of means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be located in crates and chests or bought from the market at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attribute of an item of equipment, for example increasing the damage it can cause.
Players can roll equipment in three categories: physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power increase the damage of melee and weapons attack while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give players an additional level of health.
Three types of reroll tokens are available: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to higher quality. To create them, you require an upgrade level reroll token. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, while rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
In contrast to other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the spot until the next success result is to be rerolled. This helps you not waste upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the start of each Preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by grabbing on to them. When they are opened they show a complete description and icon of the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. The restaurant's shop will trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.
As a result, you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This alters the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve armor, weapons and other items. These are special stones which increase the value of an item by increasing its stats or characteristics. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. These stones can also be purchased by players who complete daily contracts.
To upgrade their gear, players must first find the item they want to upgrade and then click the "level up" button. The screen will show a summary of the item's current level and what it will be when it is upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Most often rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires a single green or blue Growth Stone.
After deciding what to upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to utilize and pay the appropriate cost. When the requirements are fulfilled, the player may select the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level by a specific percentage. Depending on the item upgrader kit's rarity and rarity, the upgrade process could take anywhere from seconds to minutes.
The upgrade process also is risk-free and does not impact the longevity of the item. This makes the system an excellent way for players to get a significant advantage in combat without straining their accounts. Furthermore players can transfer experience and advancement of an upgraded item onto a new item upgrade by clicking the "transfer" tab.
The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be daunting for players who are new to the game. There are many ways to acquire these stones. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or find them in reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that lets you increase the effectiveness of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. It is achieved by adding upgrade components at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the item will be upgraded to a higher level. This process can continue until the item reaches its maximum level.
Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as a blue icon beside their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be added to more than one item at the same time. Furthermore, each upgrade component will require a particular amount of items to be applied, as well as a minimum amount for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add an item to be upgraded. On the right, a preview shows what the gear looks like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once a player has sufficient materials will initiate the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.
When an item reaches its highest level, upgrades are no longer available to it. Also, when an item is on an upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades to the track will be offered at discounted prices.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can slot into armors, weapons trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets in order to provide an additional effect or benefit while the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be swapped by acquiring new ones. However, this can destroy the old upgrade.
Requirements
Items upgrades enable players to increase certain stats of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on its type however, you'll usually require Dilithium along with a number Upgrade tokens.
The upgrade items (find more information) can be incorporated into equipment sets and weapons for additional effects or to increase the quality item upgrader kit. These upgrades can be gotten through a variety of sources in the game, such as crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.
The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can boost the item's statistics.
For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and also provides an additional 20% chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire", however, increases weapon damage.
Upgrades can be beneficial for certain items, but they are not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players if they can get a perfect roll. For instance, a perfectly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.
The game will display the requirements when you select the upgrade component that goes into the item. This includes the type of item (either weapon or armor) and the level of the item, the Upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
If you've fulfilled the requirements for upgrading The game will then place the Best item upgrade in your inventory and the progress bar will update to show how close you are to completing it. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any upgrader NPC for the item you want to upgrade.
