World of Warcraft Item Upgrades
Item upgrades provide players with the ability to upgrade their equipment that they already have. This can be done at any item upgrader NPC.
Upgrades increase the main stat of an item, and can also add additional features based on the type of item. Examples include Whistan's shield for FB sorcs, or Goldwrap for build casters.
