Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
The upgrade of gear can increase its base stats and sometimes boosts its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the number of random augmentations used.
The racial Shield elite Razortail For instance, it is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption function in PvP and/or add additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item, such as a weapon, armor or ring. This replaces the item with another item of the same type however with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective way to upgrade gear. However, they don't retain the same level as the original item and any resources that are wasted will not be refunded.
Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors via a variety of methods like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests or purchased from the market at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute of an item for example, increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.
Players can reroll their equipment into three categories three categories: physical power, magic power, and health. Upgrades to physical power boost the damage caused by weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional amount of health.
There are three kinds of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a better quality, with the requirement of an upgraded reroll token in order to make it. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
In contrast to other special tokens and markers that are placed on action spaces The reroll marker is left in the space until the next successful result is rerolled. This is a way to prevent the waste of upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the beginning of every preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by pressing on them. Once they are open they will display a complete description and the icon of the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's shop for the amount of coins.
During a run, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on selected Franchise Cards. This affects the blueprints that the restaurant's shop sells for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that boost the level of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. These stones can also be obtained by players who sign daily contracts.
To upgrade gear players must first locate the item then click the "level up button". The menu will appear showing the item's current level and what it will be after being leveled up and the required amount of Growth Stones to do so. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Typically rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires only one blue or green Growth Stone.
After deciding on what to upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. When the requirements have been satisfied, the user can then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item's level by a certain percentage. Depending on the item's rarity the upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to minutes.
The upgrade process is completely risk-free and does not affect the longevity of the item. This makes the system an ideal way for players to gain a significant advantage in combat without straining their bank account. Clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded piece of gear onto a new piece of gear.
The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for novice players. There are several methods to get these stones. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Additionally players can take apart higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that allows you to increase the effectiveness of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials, and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be used up and the item will gain a higher level. This process continues until the item reaches its maximum level.
Items with upgraded base stats will display an icon of blue in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be added to more than one item at a time. Each upgrade component will require a certain number of items, as well as a minimum equipment level.
The Upgrade Station has two slots: the left one is where players can put in a piece of equipment to be upgraded, while the right slot shows a preview of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. When the player has enough items, pressing the yellow arrow will start the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.
Once an item has reached its maximum level, its upgrades will not be available to it. Likewise, once an item is on an upgrade item track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for the track will be offered at discounts.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be slotted into armor, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools to provide an added bonus or effect when the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so could destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs that can be replaced and removed at any time.
Requirements
The upgrades to items allow players the ability to increase certain stats on weapons and armor they currently have. The requirements to upgrade an item will vary based on the kind of item but generally, you'll need Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options available).
Items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to equipment and weapons. These will provide additional effects or an increase in item level. These upgrades can be obtained through a variety of sources in the game, including crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or retrieved from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been added to an object it isn't able to be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.
Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that could further improve the item's stats.
The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" For instance, increases defense base and gives an additional 20% chance to block. The dps "Wildfire" however increases damage to weapons.
Some items benefit from upgrading less because of their improved stats and more for the fact that it allows players to gain the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50 times the value of the unupp'd version.
When you select an upgrade component to slot into an item the game will display an open window that displays the required requirements. This includes the type of item upgrader mod (either Weapon or Armor), the tier of that item as well as the Upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
Once you've satisfied the conditions for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will change to indicate how close to completing the upgrade. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader NPC.
