Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades to gear increase its base stats, and sometimes enhances its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements and how many random augmentations are applied.
The elite racial Shield Razortail For instance, it is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption function in PvP, and/or to add additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more tradable than the non-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to roll a purchased item like an armor, weapon or ring. The item is swapped for another similar one, with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective option to upgrade equipment. They don't preserve the original level of the item, and any resources wasted aren't rewarded.
The survivors can get reroll tokens in several ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be located in crates and chests or bought at the local store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attributes of the equipment, such as increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.
Players can reroll equipment in three aspects: physical power, spell power and health. Physical power increases the damage done by melee and weapons, while spell power improves rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade armor, weapons and other items. These are special stones which increase the level of an item by improving its stats or characteristics. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. These stones can also be obtained by players who sign daily contracts.
To upgrade items their gear, players must first identify the appropriate item, and then click on the "level up" button. The screen will show a summary of the item's levels and what it will become after being upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Typically, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires just one blue or green Growth Stone.
After deciding on what to upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, they can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. The item upgrader mod will be upgraded in level by a specific percentage. Based on the rarity of the item the upgrade process can take between seconds and minutes.
The upgrade process is completely risk-free and does not affect the item's durability. This is an excellent option for players who want to get an edge in battle, but don't want to burden their wallets. Clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded piece of gear onto a new piece of gear.
The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for novice players. There are many ways to acquire them. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Additionally, players can break down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that allows you to boost the effectiveness of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume upgrade materials and grant the item a higher level, granting the item a boost in that particular area. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item is attained.
Items that have upgraded stats will display a blue icon beside their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be added to more than one item at a time. Furthermore each upgrade component will require a certain quantity of items to be applied in addition to a minimum amount for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station has two slots: the left is where players can place a piece of equipment to be upgraded, while the right shows a preview of what the gear will appear like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once the player has enough materials will begin the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.
When an item reaches its highest level, upgrades are no longer available to it. Likewise, once an item is on a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades for the track will be offered at discounts.
Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, tools for gathering and weapons in order to provide an extra effect or attribute bonus while the equipment is in use. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, obtained through questing or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be changed by acquiring new ones. However, this could ruin the previous upgrade.
Requirements
Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain stats on armor and weapons that they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item will differ based on the type of item however, you'll generally require Dilithium as well as the number of Upgrade Tokens.
Items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This gives them more effects or an improved level of the item. The upgrades can be acquired from various sources in the game, including crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been inserted into an object, it isn't able to be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.
The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can increase the stats of the item.
For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense and adds an extra 20% chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire" on the other hand, increases weapon damage.
Upgrades can be beneficial for certain items, but they are not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players when they achieve the perfect roll. If you choose an upgrade component to slot into an item upgrader mod, the game will display an open window that displays the required requirements. This includes the type of item (either Weapon or Armor) and the tier of the item and the upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.
Once you've satisfied the requirements for an upgrade, the game will place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will change to show how close to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
