Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades to gear increase its base stats, and sometimes enhances its extras. The value of these upgrade is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations are made available.
For instance, the top shield of racial violence Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb ability in PvP or to provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more marketable than the perfect non-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to buy a new item, like an armor, weapon or ring. The item is replaced with another item of the same type and comes with different benefits. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective way to upgrade gear. They don't keep the original equipment's condition, and any resources wasted will not be refunded.
The survivors can get Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be located in crates and chests or bought from the market at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attributes of a piece equipment such as increasing the damage it can cause.
Players can reroll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power increase damage from weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power upgrade mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.
Three types of rerolls tokens are available such as upgrade rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the Item Upgrader kit to a higher quality. To produce them, you require a higher-quality token to reroll. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, while rare upgrades require a special or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
The reroll marker, unlike other special tokens or markers placed on action spaces stays on the spot until the next Success is rerolled. This allows you to not waste upgrades.
Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Stage, and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they will display a description and icon for the appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of money.
During the course of a run, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on the choice of Franchise Cards. This changes the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop has available for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that increase the level of an item upgrades by increasing its stats and attributes. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a fee. In addition, players can get these stones by completing daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment players first need to identify the appropriate item, and then click on the "level up" button. The screen will show a summary of the item's current level and what it will become when it is upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.
After deciding on what to upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, he can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be upgraded in level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can take between a few seconds and minutes, based on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is also risk-free and doesn't affect the longevity of the item. The system is a great way for players who want to gain an advantage in combat, but don't want to strain their wallets. Additionally, players can transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item to new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.
The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for new players. However, there are many ways to obtain these stones, such as signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that lets you increase the stats of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It is accomplished by the combination of an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station, paying a fee of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. Items that have upgraded base stats display the blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be applied to more than one item at once. Additionally each upgrade component will require a particular amount of items to be added and a minimum level for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station has two slots: the left one is where players can put in a piece of equipment that they wish to upgrade, and the right shows a preview of what the gear will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once is a player has enough resources will begin the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small percentage. The highest level for an item is 19.

upgrade item components are a kind of equipment that can be put into weapons, armor trinkets and gathering tools to offer an attribute bonus or extra effect while the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted, obtained through quests, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so will damage the previous upgrade, with the exception of for glyphs that can be removed and replaced at will.
Requirements
Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain stats on armor and weapons that they currently have. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the type of item however, you'll generally require Dilithium as well as an amount of Upgrade Tokens.
Upgrades to items can be used to make sets and weapons for additional effects or to increase the item level. These upgrades can be obtained from many sources, including crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an item, it cannot be removed and changed without restriction, however, glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped out without restriction.
Upgrades can increase the Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can boost the item's stats.
For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and provides an additional 20% chance of blocking. Additionally, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" boosts weapon damage.
Certain items benefit from upgrading less for their increased stats, but for the fact that it allows players to get the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item upgrading. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.
If you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item the game will display an in-game window that lists the requirements required for that item. This includes the type of item (either Weapon or Armor), the tier of the item, the upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.
The game will place an item in your inventory after you've completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show you how close to getting the upgrade completed. You can also track the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
