The one-handed, Z-shape fold is a breeze and is extremely compact once you master it and takes only a few seconds to unfold. However our tester found the auto lock a bit confusing and as the handlebar isn't locked into place when you press it, it landed on her legs when she used it. She also believed that the handlebar was on the shorter side. This is especially true when a large changing bag hangs from it.
The double stroller isn't as light as other buggies. It's got a broad array of features and is one the most versatile double buggy sale strollers on the market. It's compatible with two carry cots (available separately) and features multiple recline positions as well as an UV 50+ canopy. You can add the bassinet to one or both seats to make it an ideal travel system.
The four wheels made of rubber are ideal for pavements as well as urban terrain, but they're not built for off-roading - they struggled with long grass and gravel and there's a lack of space between the wheel and the bracket so mud was able to get stuck easily. But our testers still enjoyed using this buggy and it did manage to climb some pretty hilly terrains.

This is an elegant and practical city buggy that is suitable for twins, a baby and a toddler, or even three children with the addition of UPPAbaby's 'PiggyBack board (sold separately). They were also impressed by the fact that both seats recline independently, meaning they can be adjusted to suit individual needs - ideal for napping.
They also loved that the hoods were able to be moved back and forward, which made them easier to adjust in the sun or to provide wind protection. Our testers did discover however that they didn't provide the same amount of coverage compared to something like the Baby Jogger City Mini hoods and it's recommended to bring a rain jacket just in case.
Overall, our testers were impressed with the way Nipper double infant stroller let them to take their twins Sydney and Lyla to all sorts of adventures, from spotting wildlife in the woods to rush to the park for a playdate. The testers were also impressed by how comfortable and spacious the two seats are. There is plenty of room for growing toddlers. The lack of parent facing seating and the inability to use car seat on this buggy were both noted as a drawback by our testers. They would have wanted a bigger storage space for shopping and other equipment.
