A transparent device that can make certain Pokemon species evolve. It was developed by Silph Co.
The item upgrader is an additional widget at the top of both the Angel and Cash Upgrade Windows. The Manager is priced at 33 billion Angel Investors, and has no other benefit to the game, aside from making it easier to buy upgrades.
Boosters
There are a myriad of boosts you can get with an upgrader. They could include a variety of stats, in addition to a number of extra bonuses. These bonuses can be used on armor, weapons, and trinkets. They can be used to improve the abilities of an individual, or they can add an additional aspect of variety to an existing build.
The upgrade system in World of Warcraft allows players to increase the quality of their gear by paying currency at an item upgrader NPC. This system first came into play in Mists of Pandaria, and was further developed in Warlords of Draenor. It's a good method to boost the level of your gear, allowing you to bypass the monotonous grind of questing and avoid numerous wipes in Mythicand dungeons.
When an item is upgraded, its base type changes. Upgrades to a normal item upgrader kit result in an Exceptional version, whereas upgrades to an Exceptional version make an Elite. The item will retain the stats it had prior to upgrading, and will gain an extra bonus from its new base type. The bonus is randomly chosen. It could be a weapon that has a greater damage range, a faster reloading speed, or an increased max defense roll.
The amount of extras that you gain with an upgrade item depends on the amount of upgrades performed. Each upgrade will increase the extras by three points maximum. Additionally, each upgrade will also increase the main stat by one.
Certain upgrades also give an additional random boost in addition to stat increases. These boosts can be quite valuable and should be considered when deciding what items to upgrade. Certain of these boosts may only be used in certain builds (such the Whistan's Shield in FB Sorcs) While others are useful to collectors.
Some items have an inherent boo, which is not useful when upgraded, such as the Goldwrap which provides more slots for potion. They are usually upgraded to add value to the perfect or nearly perfect item.
Costs
There are a few expenses related to upgrades of items. The most significant cost is the upgrade itself. This cost can be expensive and is dependent on the new ilvl of the item and the number of perks it receives. It is also costly to upgrade an item to a higher level (such as Explorer > Champion or Veteran > Heroic).
The other is the cost of the materials needed for an upgrade. The items used for upgrades are usually either Power Dices (dropped by monsters 21and up) or Minerals and Erons (obtainable through completing specific Mists of Pandaria or Warlords of Draenor quests). These items can be found in the inventory of an Upgrade Vendor.
Upgrades to an item upgrader mod are an intricate process that takes time. Based on the magnitude of the upgrade, it can take as long as 8 hours. The base stats of an upgraded item are calculated based on the new ilvl and other characteristics. This calculation determines new Armor Class bonuses, damage dice, and other important statistics. In certain cases, the upgrade will grant additional benefits that can be chosen from a variety of benefits.
Rarely, the new perks acquired will cost more than one perk slot to acquire; in these situations the upgrade will replace the highest-cost perks. The upgrader can also make other modifications to the item, for example, changing the damage type of its weapon, or adding or removing an operative or unwieldy function. The cost of these changes is determined by the item's new ilvl, and may require a special substance like the adamantine alloy.
Success Rate
The upgrade of an item is based on the chance. Like any random system, there is a possibility that it won't succeed. However there are some things which can improve the odds of success. This includes using an Upgrade Pity, or the addition of additional materials to your upgrade.
An Upgrade Pity is an item that you can purchase from the smithing NPC in Lost Ark. It increases the odds of an upgrade succeeding by some percentage. This is similar to the luck bonus that some items have, but is more reliable. This can be added to any weapon or armor, and is used three times.
It is also possible to add a range of additional materials to the upgrade, which increases the chance of success. The materials are displayed in a window located above the + button. There are however limitations to this, and the highest amount of material that can be added is displayed directly above the + button in the user interface.
Another method to increase the chance of an upgrade achieving success is to use an item called a Blacksmith Blessing or an upgraded version of it. This item can be helpful if your weapon or piece is near or has reached the highest level of its tier. This item lets you upgrade the equipment to the next level without the risk of it breaking.
If an upgrade is unsuccessful, the system will be returned to its initial state. This is typically an error, but it could also be a downgrade. Keep an upgrade in reserve until you're close to the maximum level for an item.
There are several items in the Kafra shop that can be used to improve the chances of a successful upgrade. You can boost your chances of success by upgrading equipment multiple times with HD Oridecon and HD Elunium. Also, increasing the chances to receive a Double Mint from Shoe-Minting a maximum of five times will increase the chance of success.
Failure Rate
The item upgrader allows the player to add an additional slot in their equipment. These slots can be utilized to upgrade an item or apply an enhancement. It is important to remember that not all items can be upgraded. The rank of an item will determine the speed at which it can be upgraded and enchanted. The higher the rank, the more zen and items you will need to upgrade it.
This system is expensive especially if you're seeking top-of-the-line equipment. Upgrades to armor and weapons can cost as much as 100,000 Z or 100 Carnium. As you rise in rank, your chance of success decreases. You can increase the chances of upgrading an item using cash shop items.

The upgrade window will show an indicator of the percentage of your odds of success. The percentage is based on the upgrade level of the item and the type you have chosen.
You can also select a safeguard for your item that will safeguard the item in the event of failure. This protection is not free, but the cost will be less than purchasing a new item. The safeguard is only valid only once per upgrade and will not expire until used again.
