Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades to gear increase its stats base and often increases its other features. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements, and how many random augmentations can be applied.
The elite racial Shield Razortail For instance, it is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP or provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable over the unupgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens permit you to reroll a purchased item, like an armor, weapon or ring. This swaps the current item for another similar one and comes with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens are an affordable way to upgrade gear. They don't maintain the original level of the item and any money wasted won't get compensated.
The survivors can acquire reroll tokens via a variety of methods like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests or buy them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attribute of an item, for example increasing the damage it can cause.
Players can roll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power increase damage from weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power upgrade mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player an additional level of health.
There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item upgrader kit to a higher-quality, with the requirement of an upgraded reroll token in order to create it. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require an item that is exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
The marker that rerolls, unlike markers or tokens placed on action areas, remains on the space till the next Success is being rerolled. This helps to avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the beginning of every preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by grabbing on to them. Once they're opened they will display a complete description and the icon of the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. The restaurant's shop will exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.
In the course of a run, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on selected Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available to reroll, and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.

In addition players can break down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that lets players increase the base stats of weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. It is accomplished by adding upgrade components at the Upgrade Station, paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will gain an upgraded level. This process continues until the item reaches its highest level.
Items with upgraded base stats display a blue icon in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, cannot be added to more than one item at a time. Additionally each upgrade component will require a particular quantity of items to be added in addition to a minimum amount for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the left one is where players can add equipment that needs to be upgraded, while the right shows a preview of what the gear will look like when it reaches its next level.
