If you're expecting twins, or have two children that are close in age A double stroller is essential. The best ones offer multiple ways for your kids to ride, including side-by-side seating and the ability to attach a rider's board.
The Bugaboo Donkey 5 Mono is Lauren Ro's top stroller. It can be adapted to the needs of your family seamlessly. It can accommodate two infant car seats as well as an infant seat. This makes it a great choice for twins.
Bugaboo Donkey
This is the ideal twin stroller for families who want a stylish double side-by-side stroller. It's a little bigger than other Bugaboo strollers however it feels sturdy and built to last. It has an adjustable handlebar that retracts and extends easily. It has a long reach, so my husband who is 6'1" can easily push it when it is full of weight.
The seats are comfortable and can be placed so that one child is on top of the other or have children face each one. They can also recline in a different way from each other. The canopies are large and cover both seat fabrics if desired. They're not very ventilated, so they can be like an oven on hot days. They do not have a peek-a-boo window that allows children to peek in.
This stroller double comes with an exclusive feature that lets it expand with your family. It can convert from a single to double buggy seat (Mono Mode) to a double buggy with carrycot side by side stroller. It is the only double stroller convertible that can do this. It can be used with the bassinet for infants or a car seat.
It is simple to use on smooth surfaces, and it handles stairs and slopes well. It can be a challenge to maneuver in crowded eateries and shops. It is also a little difficult to fold, particularly when the seats are tucked away. It's still compact and can be accessed through the majority of doors.
There is a storage bin that can be tucked away on the frame next to the front seat in mono mode. This is useful for groceries and other supplies. The main storage basket beneath the seats is huge and can accommodate up to 100 pounds. This is more than any stroller we have listed!
Uppababy Vista V2
This stroller is one of the best twin strollers for newborns. It is compatible with a range of infant car seats and bassinets (adapters sold separately) and can be used as a double stroller straight out of the box. It can even accommodate two bassinets or infant car seats simultaneously if you purchase the Vista Upper and Lower adapters.
Comparatively to the first Vista, the V2 has made a few improvements to make it better. The toddler seat has been elevated by a half inch, the footrest has been made larger and the canopy has an extra fabric extension that zips out. The harness has been updated, as it does not require re-threading. This makes it much easier to adjust.
The stroller has reasonably large wheels (8 inches in the front and 11.5 inches in the back) with strong suspension, so it is able to easily navigate a variety of terrain. The rubber wheels on the front are ideal for navigating rocks and gravel and the tread on the rear wheels is more suitable for sidewalks and grassy hills.
Another feature that is great is the capability to connect a child's bicycle to the front of the stroller, which is an excellent option for those who don't want to use an infant car seat or Rumbleseat. If you have a child who is ready to stand, the Vista can even fit a third kid with its piggyback ride along board accessory.
Vista Vista is simple to use and to set up. However, it takes some time to get rid of the protective packaging. The instructions are simple to follow and there's also a YouTube video should you require further assistance.

Cortina Together
For the growing family, Cortina Together offers parents various seating options that allow them to adjust to each child's individual needs and preferences. The two stroller seats of the double stroller come with canopies that are reclining and backrests that are separate. The seats are also designed to take Chicco's KeyFit or KeyFit 30, the top baby car seat that is rated the highest in both the rear and front seat. (Car seat sold separately).
A large, zipper-access basket in the rear offers ample storage space for the equipment. The handle is cushioned to allow for dad or mom. The wheels and suspension of the tandem double stroller ensure smooth riding on all terrains. The 1-touch linked rear breaks when you tap it, making stopping a breeze.
In our Strollers & Multiples laboratory tests, Cortina Together received high marks for ease of usage. This metric is based on the ease with which it is to fold and set up the stroller. It also reflects the ease with which it is for you to open and close the snack tray and engage and disengage the brakes, and then lift the stroller that is folded and carry it like an actual trunk.
We did discover some flaws to this model, though. First, it's heavy. It weighs in at 36.6 pounds when fully loaded which is on the extreme side of our metric, and is heavier than the average for this category of strollers. It also has a limited view when a car seat is mounted in the back. In addition, the front tray release can be difficult to operate, particularly when used for a long time. Despite these issues, we think that this is a great stroller for your family.
Jeep Double Stroller
The Jeep Destination Ultralight Side x Side double buggy converts to single Stroller is an affordable, lightweight stroller ideal for families with two children. Its lock wheels on the front can be rotated to allow easy maneuvering on flat surfaces, and lock to provide stability on bumpy surfaces. It also has a compact umbrella fold that folds down in a matter of seconds, and it stands upright for easy transport. Its lightweight aluminum frame, carrying strap and handle made of foam makes it one of the most easy double strollers to lift in our tests.
This tandem stroller comes with reclined seats that can be independently adjusted for maximum comfort. Its large canopy offers UPF 50 protection, and comes with a peekaboo view to make it easy for monitoring. We would have liked to see the canopy vented for more airflow. We also weren't thrilled that the cup holder is quite high on the frame, meaning you'll need to bend down to reach it.
In our tipping test in our tipping-test, the Jeep fell over at a 39-degree angle, which is higher than the average for a double pram. It's a bit heavier, but offers more storage for the money. The handles and seats are also well-padded.
This stroller is multi-functional and has three modes. It can be used as a walker (for stuff) as well as a jogger mode (with two 5-point safety belts for children), or car seat mode. It can fit one car seat for infants, but pediatricians recommend waiting until your child is 6 months old before jogging with them, and one year old before letting them go on rough terrain. It is available in black with a limited warranty.
