Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can increase the stats of a piece of equipment and sometimes even its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the gear's tiers, their requirements, and how many random augmentations are applied.
For instance, the top shield of racial violence Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb capability in PvP, or to add additional defenses to missile-based designs in PvM. This makes it more marketable over the original version that is not upgraded.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens are a way to reroll an item you have acquired, such as a weapon, armor, or ring. This replaces the item with another item of the same type however with different benefits. Reroll tokens are an affordable option to upgrade equipment. However, they don't retain the same level as the original item, and any wasted resources aren't refunded.
Survivors may acquire reroll tokens through several means like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be located in crates and chests or bought from the market for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute of a piece of equipment for example, increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.
Players can roll equipment with three aspects: physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage of melee and weapons attack, while upgrades to spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades give the player an additional amount of health.
Three types of reroll tokens are available: upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each upgrade elevates the item to a better quality. To make them, you require a higher-quality token for rerolling. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require items that are either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
The reroll marker, unlike other markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces stays on the spot until the next success is being rerolled. This is a way to prevent the waste of upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the beginning of every preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by grasping them. When they are opened, they will display a description and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. The restaurant's shop can trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.
In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that increase the level of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. In addition, players can get these stones by signing daily contracts.
To upgrade gear players must first find the item they want to upgrade and then click on the "level up" button. The menu will be displayed that shows the item's current status and what it will be when being leveled up, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas rare armor requires a single green or blue Growth Stone.
After choosing the item to upgrade the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. After the player has met the requirements, he can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. Depending on the item's rarity the upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to minutes.
The upgrade process is also safe and doesn't impact the longevity of the Best item upgrade. This makes the system an excellent way for players to gain an advantage in combat without straining their bank account. Clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded item to an entirely new piece of equipment.
New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are a variety of methods to obtain these stones, such as completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. In addition, players can cut down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that allows you to boost the stats of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It is achieved by combining an item with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station, paying a fee in Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will be upgraded to an upgraded level. This process can continue until the item reaches its maximum level.
Items that have upgraded base stats display an icon of blue in their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be added to more than one item upgrade at a time. Each upgrade component requires the purchase of a certain amount of items, as well as a minimum level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add an item to be upgraded. On the right side, an image of the gear will look like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once is a player has enough resources will begin the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small amount. The maximum level for an item upgrader is 19.
When an item reaches its highest level, upgrades will not be available for it. Likewise, once an item is on the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be slotted into weapons, armor trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to give an additional bonus or effect while the equipment is being used. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained through quests or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, with the exception of for glyphs that can be removed and replaced at will.
Requirements
Item upgrades give players the ability to boost certain stats of weapons and armor they currently have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item vary depending on the type of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).
Upgrades to items can be incorporated into equipment set pieces or weapons to provide added effects or a higher item level. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, such as crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component has been placed into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.
Upgrades to an item upgrader kit can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components include additional modifiers which can further increase the stats of an item.
The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun" for example, increases base defense and gives an additional 20% chance to block. Additionally the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.
Upgrades can be beneficial for some items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players when they get an exact roll. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for instance, is highly valued by the melee PvP communities and can be worth as much as 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.
The game will show you the requirements once you choose the upgrade component to be incorporated into the Item Upgrader Kit. This includes the type of item (either Weapon or Armor) the tier of the item as well as the Upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
The game will put an item in your inventory after you have completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show how close to completing the upgrade. You can also track the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
