Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can boost the power of a piece of gear and sometimes even its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the number of random augmentations that are applied.
The elite racial Shield Razortail for instance, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption capability in PvP and/or add additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the un-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens permit you to roll a purchased item like armor, weapon, or ring. This replaces the item with an identical item and comes with different bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an economical method of upgrading equipment. They don't keep the original level of the item and any wasted resources won't get compensated.
Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors through several means like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests or purchased from the store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attributes of an item that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.
Players can reroll their equipment into three aspects that include physical power, magical power, and health. Upgrades to physical power increase the damage of melee and weapons attack and spell power upgrade mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.
Three types of reroll tokens are available such as upgrade, rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of a higher-quality reroll token order to make it. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
Unlike other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces the reroll marker stays in the space until the next success result is to be rerolled. This helps you save upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the start of every preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by grabbing on to them. Once they are open, they display a full description and an icon for the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's shop for the amount of coins.
During the course of a game, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on selected Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop offers to reroll, and those that are in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones which increase the level of an item by increasing its stats or characteristics. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. These stones can also be purchased by players who have completed daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment players first need to locate the appropriate item and then click on the "level up" button. The menu will be displayed showing the item's current level and what it will be after being leveled up as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to achieve this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.
After choosing the item to upgrade, the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. When the requirements are fulfilled, the player may then click the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item will be raised in level a certain percentage. The upgrade process can take from a few seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is also safe and doesn't impact the durability of the item. This makes it an ideal way for players to get a significant advantage in combat without putting a strain on their bank accounts. Clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded Best item upgrade onto the new gear.
The process of acquiring Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be daunting for players who are new to the game. However, there are many methods to obtain these stones, such as contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is an optional feature that allows players to increase the base stats of weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. It is achieved by the combination of an item with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station, paying a fee of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will be upgraded to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item is attained.
Items with upgraded base stats will display the blue icon in their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components don't stack against each other, and can only be added to one item at a time. Each upgrade component requires the purchase of a certain amount of items, as well as a minimum equipment level.
The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the first is where players can put in a piece of equipment to be upgraded, and the right shows a preview of what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after is a player has enough resources will initiate the upgrade process.
An item of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded the base stats of the item will increase by an amount of. The highest level for an item is 19.
When an item is at its maximum level and is no longer upgraded, it does not have the option of upgrading. Likewise, once a piece of gear reaches an upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be slotted into armor, weapons trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to offer an added bonus or effect while the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted, acquired through quests or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be swapped with new ones. However, this could ruin the previous upgrade.
Requirements
Upgrades to items give players the ability to boost certain attributes of weapons and armor they currently have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item will vary based on the type of item but generally, you'll need Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).
The items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This will give them more effects or an improved item level. The upgrades can be acquired from various sources in the game, such as crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade items component is placed into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.
The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, certain upgrade components include additional modifiers that could further improve the item's stats.
For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" improves base defense, and adds an extra 20% chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire" however, increases weapon damage.
Some items are better off being upgraded less for their increased stats, but for the fact that it lets players get the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example, is highly valued by melee PvP communities and can be worth as much as 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.
When you select an upgrade component that you want to put into an item the game will show an in-game window that lists the necessary requirements. The game will display the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
The game will put an item in your inventory after you've met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then change to show you how far to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any upgrader NPC for the Best item upgrade (for beginners) you want to upgrade.
