3 wheeled buggies Wheeler Buggies
A three-wheeled buggy is perfect for off-road terrain and provides the most comfortable ride for infants. They are also simpler to push and manoeuvre than a four wheel buggy and are especially suitable for those with fabric slings or modular seat units that are placed in a tight position within the frame to provide the most efficient shape and weight distribution.
Stability
Three-wheeled vehicles are very stable, making them an ideal option for off-road walks (especially when equipped with a seat unit that is all-terrain or off-road). They typically have large front tires that can handle bumps, kerbs, and rough terrain. Some have a lockable wheels on the front for additional stability while driving on uneven terrain.
It's important to remember that 3-wheel buggies have a lower center of gravity than their 4-wheeled counterparts which means they are more likely to fall over. That said, the best lightweight 3 wheel stroller 3-wheel pushchairs have an ideal geometry and design to ensure that they remain stable in all conditions. They should be able to turn at a whim and be easy to steer using one hand. They also have a 360o rotating front wheel which makes them ideal for maneuvering over difficult terrain.
For surfaces that are extremely challenging you should look for a model with air-filled tyres, also known as pneumatic tyres. They are designed to handle roads that are not paved and can deal with mud, gravel, rock and more. Many all-terrain buggies include an swivelling wheel on the front which can be locked for added stability when tackling very rough terrain.

These are designed to handle cobbles, grass and dirt tracks easily and still provide smooth riding. These are also great for jogging, as they have built-in suspension and are easy enough to climb up and down kerbs. The trade-off is that they're quite heavy to push.

PU tyres can be found on more pushchairs than the air-filled tyres, yet they are still just as sturdy. PU tyres are easily identified by their matte finish and supple feel. They also glide well on even and tied surfaces.
