Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrading gear increases its base stats and sometimes enhances its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random augmentations used.
For instance, the premium shield of racial violence Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb ability in PvP or to provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable over the unupgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens can be used to reroll an acquired item, such as an armor, weapon, or ring. This replaces the item with an identical item however with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. However, they don't retain the level of the original item upgrader mod and any resources wasted aren't refunded.
The survivors can get reroll tokens in several ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in chests and crates, or purchased from the market for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute on the equipment, such as increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.
Players can roll equipment with three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Physical power increases the damage that melee and weapons, while spell power upgrades rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.
Three types of rerolls tokens are available such as upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each upgrade takes an item to a better quality and requires a higher-quality reroll token order to make it. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, while rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
Unlike other special tokens and markers placed on Action spaces The reroll marker is left in the space until the next success result is to be rerolled. This lets you save upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the beginning of every Preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by pressing on them. Once they're opened they show a complete description and icon of the relevant appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's shop for the amount of coins.
In the course of an event, blueprints may be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to selected Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls, and those that are in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons such as armor, weapons, and other accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones which increase the level of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. These items can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by completing daily contracts.
To upgrade gear players must first find the item they want to upgrade and then click the "level up" button. This will display a list of the item's current level and what it will become after being upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.
After deciding what to upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to utilize and pay the appropriate cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, he can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be upgraded in level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can take from a few seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process also is risk-free and does not impact the longevity of the item level upgrade. The system is a great way for players who wish to gain an advantage in combat, but don't want to strain their wallets. Clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded item to a new piece of gear.
The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for new players. There are many methods to get the stones. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that allows you to boost the effectiveness of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be used up and the item will gain an upgraded level. The process will continue until the item is at its highest level.
Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as a blue icon beside their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components cannot be stacked against each other, and can only be added to a single item at one time. Each upgrade component will require an amount of items, as well as a minimum level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station features two slots: the first is where players can put in a piece of equipment that they wish to upgrade, and the right slot shows a preview of what the equipment will appear like when it reaches its next level. When a player has enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will initiate the upgrade process.
A piece of gear can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Each time it is upgraded, the stats of the base item will be increased by a small amount. The highest level for an item upgrader kit is 19.
When an item reaches its maximum capacity, it will no longer have the option to upgrade. Also, when an item reaches an upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can slot into weapons, armors trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets in order to provide an additional benefit or benefit while the equipment is in use. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained by completing quests, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, however doing so will damage the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs that can be removed and replaced at will.
Requirements
Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain attributes of weapons and armor they currently own. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the item upgrading type but generally, you'll need Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).
Items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to equipment and weapons. These will provide more effects or an improved item level. These upgrades can be obtained through a variety of sources in the game, such as crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade items component has been placed into an object, it isn't able to be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.
Upgrades to an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Additionally, some upgrade components have additional modifiers that can increase the stats of an item.
For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense and gives an additional 20% chance to block. In addition the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.
Certain items are better off being upgraded not so much for their improved stats, but for the fact that it lets players get the most value from a perfect roll on the item. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.
The game will show you the requirements when you select the upgrade component that goes into the item. These include the item type (either Armor or Weapon), the tier of the item and the upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
If you've fulfilled the requirements for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will be updated to indicate how close to completing the upgrade. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by going to any Item Upgrader Kit upgrader NPC.
