Seats

For a light-weight option that's great for urban streets, look into the Joie Evalite Duo. It's easy to move and has an enormous basket that has plenty of storage. It can be used to accommodate twins as young as birth and accommodate two car seats as well as an infant carrycot and seat. The seats have to face towards the front and there is no space to store an item under the seat. You will need a sidepack.

It's an all-terrain pushchair with soft suspension that is able to handle bumpy surfaces. It comes with 30 different seating options, a built-in board for older children who like to walk and a 'cinema' mode which raises the back seats for better visibility.
The phil&teds dots are great single buggys that can be easily adapted to take two (or three!) different configurations. This is particularly useful for parents who have children in a car. The frame can be affixed to a wedgie, which permits the best lie-flat position. Or car seat adapters that work with many brands.
Suspension

It's the smallest side-by-side double available. It also has some amazing technology, like LED lights for visibility which are located on both sides of its frame to ensure safety in low-light situations.

The frame's clever design expands to accommodate a second seat, but it weighs only 11kg. This makes it simple to lift and maneuver. It can be used with a car seat, carrycot, or both.
