Seats
The majority of 3 wheeled buggy wheel double buggies start life as single pushchairs, although some models can be converted to accommodate an additional seat or carrycot with adapters (these are usually more common in tandem buggies). You'll also see that some models let you add a ride-on board for older children who wish to walk but still need some help.

It can accommodate twins from at birth and accepts two car seats or a carrycot that has a seat. Suspension
The suspension of a double 3 wheel infant stroller-wheel buggy will determine the ease with which you and your child/children are able to push it. It is essential to have a smooth ride, because babies can feel every bump that comes along the road. This is especially the case if you're driving on rough terrain, such as grass or roads that aren't paved. Some models come with locking front tires to assist in maneuvering and getting over obstacles like curbs.
Certain models have air-filled tyres that provide a fantastic all-terrain experience, but they can be prone to punctures therefore, make sure you have spares in the trunk. It's also very comfortable to jog with the 16" rear wheels and lockable swivel front wheel giving you a stable jogging experience." Folding
A three-wheeled double buggy can be folded in a neat manner to be stored. You can find options that fold flat and then stand up (as when they were in a pushchair) and also those that pop up to reveal an umbrella-like fold that has a hand-operated brake. The more wheels the buggy has, in general, the easier it is to maneuver on rough terrain. This is particularly relevant when the wheels are bigger than the average. This will give you more stability and decrease the likelihood that your child are likely to tip over or fall over.
