Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can boost the stats of a piece and, sometimes, even add extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random enhancements applied.
For example, the elite shield of racial violence Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb function in PvP or to add additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens are a way to reroll an acquired item like armor, weapon, or ring. The item upgrading is replaced with another item upgrades of the same type however with different bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an economical method of upgrading equipment. However, they don't keep the same level as the original item and any resources wasted won't be compensated for.
Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors by a variety of means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in chests and crates or buy them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute on the equipment that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.
Players can roll equipment in three categories: physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power boost the damage of melee and weapons attack while upgrades to spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.
Three types of rerolls tokens are available: upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher quality, with the requirement of a higher-quality reroll token order to produce it. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require items that are either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
The marker that rerolls, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action spaces remains on the space till the next success is rerolled. This allows you to avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase and are opened by grabbing them using Interact. Blueprints can be exchanged for new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of money.
During an event, blueprints may be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool as a result of chosen Franchise Cards. This affects the blueprints that the restaurant's shop sells for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade a piece depends on its rarity. Typically, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires only one green or blue Growth Stone.
Once they have decided on the upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. Once the requirements are met, the player can then click the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item's level by a certain percentage. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling is an optional feature that lets players increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms and trinkets. Upgrades can increase the Mark Level or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components have additional modifiers which can further increase the stats of an item.
For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and also provides an additional 20% chance to block. In addition the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases damage to weapons.
Upgrades can be beneficial for certain items, but they are not because they boost stats. They are more valuable for the players if they can get a perfect roll. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50 times the value of the unupp'd version.
The game will highlight the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that goes into the item. This includes the type of item (either Armor or Weapon) and the tier of that item as well as the upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
If you've fulfilled the conditions for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will update to show how close to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader (mouse click the following webpage) NPC.
