Diablo 4 Item Upgrades
Items upgrades are upgrade components which can be added to armors, weapons and trinkets in order to gain a bonus. They usually come at a higher cost and require the item to be at a certain level.
Upgrades aren't always worth the cost for items that have high requirements. This is especially applicable to items that don't roll with a lot of variation like the eth titans.
Glyphs
Once you reach level 50 the action-RPG of Blizzard shifts from its streamlined campaign to the endgame. The game's mechanics begin to change, with players pushed into the Paragon Board leveling system, Nightmare Dungeons and brand new grinds to ensure that their character's building is as robust as it can be.
Glyphs are an essential component to this process. Increasing a Glyph's upgrade items level boosts its stats and radius of effect on the Paragon Board. There are several ways to gain these upgrades, however most players will rely on the primary method: raiding Faction Crypts.
The Glyphs panel lets you add glyphs to your text by selecting them from the menu that is located on the left of the screen. It displays glyphs initially in the font where the cursor is placed but you can switch to the font in a different style or style, and narrow the list of glyphs to a specific subset by selecting one of the options below the Entire Font (for example Punctuation shows only punctuation symbols). When you hover your mouse over the glyph, you will view its CID/GID as well as Unicode value in a tool tip.
The Glyphs Panel will keep track of your most recent 35 glyphs and display them under Recently Used in the first row (you have to expand the panel in order that you can see all 35). You can also clear this list by right-clicking or Control-clicking on a glyph in the list and selecting Remove from Recent Glyphs.
Another advantage of the Glyphs panel is that it permits you to create and edit the glyph set you want to use, which is beneficial when you need to type certain types of text frequently. This will help you avoid having to manually insert every glyph when you need it.
A custom glyph set can comprise the maximum number of glyphs, 31 that include the base name as well as its suffix. Reroll Tokens

Reroll Tokens permit players to alter the power of an item's base and number of upgrades, and can also be used to reroll substats in ring. Rerolling is a cost of 1 token, and will reset all upgrades to an item but will leave the set, rarity and level of the item. The higher a level of an Best Item Upgrade is the increase in its level and, with each tier, the main stat is boosted by +3, and an additional stat randomly gets boosted alongside it. The ability to level an item upgrade to its highest possible level increases its tier by 1.
The Blueprint Desk is a tool that lets players buy new appliances, ingredients and Decorations for their restaurant. Blueprints are available at the start of each Preparation Stage and appear as envelopes which can be opened by pressing the Grab. Each blueprint comes with a distinct icon, with each category of upgradable item displaying various icons:
The choice of a franchise card through the Blueprint Desk will allow you to acquire certain equipment or ingredients that are needed in certain recipes. Some Appliances and Ingredients are considered staple, which means that they are not available at the Shop or through a reroll. However, others have a higher chance of appearing if a specific Franchise Card is selected from the Blueprint Desk. This is called the Staple Pool, and the items in it will remain in the pool for the rest of the run. Similarly, non-staple Equipment is transferred to the Seed Pool when it is purchased from the Blueprint Desk.
Recycled Items
The third "R," recycle, is where the magic truly happens. You can help the environment by recycling a product that is made of recycled material. This is because the majority of products that are recycled go back to the manufacturer who originally made the item to be remanufactured into another product. We call this "closing of the recycling loop."
If a person throws something into their recycling bin on the curb, it gets sent to a Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) where it is separated and divided into its different components. Then it is sold to manufacturers of end-users to be transformed into something completely new. Items that are usually made into new products are:
This reduces the necessity to harvest, cultivate or extract raw materials to create something else. This reduces the amount of damage caused to the natural environment and less trees are trimmed down, rivers diverted and wild animals are relocated. This also reduces the amount of pollution caused by the dumping of raw materials into our soil, water and air.
In addition Recycling products keep local jobs and businesses alive, especially those that specialize in manufacturing products from recycled materials. The demand for recycled items encourages companies to take part in this eco-friendly initiative.
A final reason to purchase recycled items is that they require less energy to produce new items from recycled material as compared to creating them from raw materials. The manufacturing process for an aluminum container that is new requires 95% more energy than the process of making a can made of recycled material. Every little amount is important.
Leveling
Most units are able to upgrade item their level, which gives them additional XP each time they attack or are attacked. This can be used to increase the primary stat of the unit or unlock other improvements on the unit's development tree. Weapons are an excellent example, since they can improve their level and increase their damage as well as range.
