Pokemon World of Warcraft - What is Item Upgrade?
Item upgrade items is a system that lets players increase the stats of weapons, armor and trinkets. It also gives players unique procs and effects.

For instance the glyph of Valda increases the range of all ranged units by one, which is an impressive increase for units that struggle with low mobility (such as the Marro Stinger line or 4th Massachusetts). Growthstones
These items are similar to berries in that they permanently boost your abilities. However, unlike the berries, they don't increase your HP. You can use them on your armor or weapon using the Equipment Enchanting option. You can also craft them in towns that are major by visiting various NPCs with the right recipe. Growth Materials are available in various types and can be used to accomplish different objectives. For example, Weapon Growth Stones are used to improve weapons and Armor Growth Stones are used to upgrade armor. There are also Active Skill Growth Books and Passive Skill Growth Books that can be used to improve your passive or active skills.
These stones resonate with certain human characteristics inside you, making them stronger. They do not make you a different or better person, but they do give you an additional boost to deal with the part of your personality that you want to change. It is your responsibility to make any real changes within yourself. This involves changing your attitude toward the thing you would like to change. This is the difference between internal and external growth. For instance, moss-agate strengthens the quality of success and abundance, while lapis lazuli enhances the quality of self-awareness and truthfulness.
Item Enhancers

Item Enhancers are available in the Aeos Emporium for 10 Aeos Tickets per item upgrader, however they can also be obtained through the free events Pokemon Unite hosts from time to time. These events can offer Item Upgrader kit Enhancers to be used to celebrate a milestone, or as part of a specific challenge.
The majority of items boost their stats in a linear fashion as they are upgraded however, the final stats of a Held Item could be more than double the initial value after it has fully utilised.
