1. Baby Jogger City Tour Double
The City Tour 2 Double is the smallest double stroller within the Baby Jogger range. It's designed to travel and easily fits through most doors with its narrow design, it's also one of the most light double buggies available on the market weighing just 14lbs when folded. This makes it ideal to travel with a toddler and newborn as you won't be exceeding the allowances for luggage on airlines. It can also be folded up into the size of the size of a small travel bag so you can store it in the back seat of your car.
The one-handed, Z-shape fold is a breeze, it's incredibly compact double stroller when you've mastered it and takes minutes to fold. Our test subject found the auto-lock somewhat confusing, and since the handlebar doesn't lock into place when you push it and it landed on her leg when she used it. She also believed that the handlebar was on the short side. This is especially the case when a large bag for changing is hanging from it.
The double stroller isn't as light as other buggies. It comes with a wide variety of features, and is one the most versatile double seat stroller strollers available on the market. It is compatible with two carrycots (available separately), features multiple recline positions, and has a UV 50+ canopy. You can even add the bassinet to either or both seats and transform it into a travel system.
The four rubber composite tires are great for pavements and urban terrain. However, they are not designed for off-roading. They struggled with gravel and long grass and there wasn't enough clearance between the wheel bracket and wheel and mud sank easily. Our testers loved this buggy, and it was able to climb pretty dirt hills.

The 2021 update comes with few improvements, including improved maneuverability, a bigger shopping basket, and a revamped bumper bar with leatherette cover. The seats have a moulded feel and are extremely comfortable. They are also adjustable and can be positioned according to the needs of siblings. iCandy has included the first-ever "cinema seating" design that allows parents to keep eye contact with both children. They can be repositioned to face either the parent or the world.
It's a heavier tandem buggy, but it's incredibly easy to operate and steer, particularly on smooth roads. It is stable in both double and single mode and even on sloping terrain. It's not as easy to drive on public transportation, however, since it requires more than one hand on the handlebar. It's also large and can't be stuffed into a standard car boot with the seat attached, but this can be overcome by careful planning. iCandy has included a footmuff and changing bag with the price, making this an excellent value package for new parents.

The Joie Evalite Duo double buggy is a fantastic choice for beginners, as it is both affordable and easy to operate. It is also extremely light, making it easy to push across long distances. It is equipped with a top-quality suspension system that provides an easy ride for both kids and parents.

The upper adaptors can easily move up and down to match your height whilst the lower ones can be turned around and turned over, making it really easy to change from one configuration to another. The Gazelle's seat unit also reclines to flat position. It also has an extensive UV 50+ sun shade that is vital for your children.
This is the future-ready multi-purpose stroller that is able to adapt to your family's needs. It is suitable from birth as a mono-pushchair, and up to four years old as a double pushchair with the addition of a CLOUD Z iSize car seat or a second-seat unit, or Gazelle Cot. The new harness with one-pull makes securing your child a simple and easy process, especially when you're carrying your baby on your back!

The 360 swivel wheel on the front can be locked into place to make it easier to maneuver around town, and the one pedal brake is easy to use.
Our test participants found that the Nipper Double was incredibly easy to maneuver, even walking on uneven ground or turning quickly in a busy street. They were also impressed by the fact that both seats recline independently, which means they can be adjusted to suit your individual preferences - perfect for napping.
They also appreciated that the hoods were able to be moved back and forward making them easy to adjust to the sun or for wind protection. Our testers did find however that they didn't offer an enormous amount of coverage when compared to something like the Baby Jogger City Mini hoods, so it might be worthwhile to pack a rain cover just in case.
Overall, our test participants were impressed by the Nipper double's capacity to let them take their twin buggy from birth daughters Sydney and Lyla to all kinds of adventures. From seeing wildlife in the forest to rushing to a park for a playdate, they loved it. They were also amazed by how comfortable and spacious the two seats are with plenty of room for growing toddlers to stretch out in. Our testers did mention that the absence of parent-facing seating and the inability to use car seats with this buggy was a drawback, and they would like to have more storage space to store shopping items and other accessories.
