Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can sometimes increase the stats of a piece of equipment and at times even add additional features. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the number of random augmentations that are applied.

For instance, the top shield for racial discrimination Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb ability in PvP or to provide additional defenses on missile based builds in PvM. This makes it more tradable than the non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to roll a purchased item such as an armor, weapon or ring. The item is replaced by another of the same kind and comes with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. However, they do not retain the quality of the original item and any resources that are wasted won't be compensated for.

Survivors may acquire reroll tokens via a variety of methods like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests or bought from the store for 150k each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attributes of an item such as increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can roll their equipment into three categories: physical power, magic power and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage caused by weapons and melee attacks and spell power boosts rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional amount of health.

There are three kinds of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a higher quality. To make them, you'll need a higher-quality token to reroll. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require items that are either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

As opposed to other tokens or markers placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the spot until the next success result is rerolled. This helps to avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the start of each Preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by pressing on them. Once they're opened they will display a complete description and icon of the relevant appliance or ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of money.

As a result, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool when you run. This alters the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that boost the quality of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. In addition, players can get these stones by signing daily contracts.

To upgrade gear players first need to identify the appropriate item, and then click the "level up" button. The menu will appear showing the item's current level and what it will be after being upgraded as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade an item upgrading will depend on its rarity. Typically rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires just one green or blue Growth Stone.

Once they have decided on the upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. Once the requirements are satisfied, the user can then click the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item will be raised in level by a specific percentage. Depending on the item's rarity, the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is risk-free, and does not impact the longevity of the item. The system is an excellent choice for those who want to get an edge in battle, but don't want to burden their wallets. Additionally, players can transfer the experience and advancement of an upgraded item onto a new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

For new players, it can be difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are a variety of ways to acquire them, including signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. Additionally players can also cut down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that allows you to increase the effectiveness of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials, and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be used up and the item upgrades will be upgraded to a higher level. The process will continue until the item is at its highest level.

Items with upgraded stats will be displayed as a blue icon beside their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments can't be added to more than one item upgrader at once. Each upgrade component requires an amount of items, as well as a minimum equipment level.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can place an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right side, an image of the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Once a player has enough materials, pressing the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.

An item of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of an item will be increased by only a tiny amount. The maximum level of an item is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum capacity, it will no longer have the option to upgrade. Likewise, once an item reaches the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armor trinkets and gathering tools to give an attribute bonus or extra effect while the equipment is in use. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained by completing quests, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, except for glyphs which can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

Upgrades to items give players the ability to increase certain stats on weapons and armor they currently own. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the item type but generally, you'll need Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

The items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to equipment and weapons. This will give them additional effects or an increase in quality of the item. These upgrades can be obtained from a variety of sources, such as crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component has been placed into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components have additional modifiers that could further enhance the stats of the item.

For example, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and also provides an additional 20% chance of blocking. The dps "Wildfire" on the other hand, increases weapon damage.

Certain items are better off being upgraded less for their increased stats, but more for the fact that it allows players to get the maximum amount of value from a perfect roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for instance, is highly valued by the melee PvP communities and can be worth as much as 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.

When you choose an upgrade component that you want to put into an item the game will display an in-game window that lists the requirements required for that item. These include the type of item (either weapon or armor), the level of the item and the Upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

The game will place an item in your inventory once you've met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show how close you are to finishing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any item upgrader NPC.
