World of Warcraft Upgrades and Item Upgrading

Upgrades boost the value of certain numeric stats on armor, weapons and rings. They also increase bonuses like PvE damage and crit chance.

For instance an item with the upgrade template ending in % will suffer an attack damage of 3% each time it is upgraded (relative to its previous value).

The cost for upgrading items increases when they reach the current level of the item. The cost increases with the item's level.

Components

Upgrade components can be incorporated into weapons, armor and trinkets in order to give them a stat boost or an extra effect. These can be obtained through crafting, purchasing from vendors trading, or looting. Some upgrades also have specific cosmetic effects.

Upgrade components are only available to equipment that has a slot. The item must be upgraded to a blue level before the component can be used. Upgrade components, unlike other mods can only be applied once. They cannot be replaced or applied multiple times. Infusions and enrichments are a particular kind of upgrade component that is used to upgrade non-amulet ascended or legendary equipment as well as the back items that are not ascending. Enrichments and Infusions can be obtained by salvaging equipment that is ascended or completing a mission in the Prophecies, Factions, and Nightfall campaigns.

A suffix or prefix can be added to an upgrade, changing the name of the item it's applied to (for example 'Canthan Armor Insignia,' is changed to Canthan Armor Minor Vigor). Some upgrades increase the Mark Level or Rarity of an item, which lets players create stronger versions with fewer upgrade crystals than they require to reach the same level using standard methods.

A 'boost upgrade' can modify the attack or defense properties of a weapon, or armor. Once the player has completed the cutscene and defeated Crazed Mechanist, these upgrades can be made at the Portative Forging Station. These upgrades are available for purchase them in the cash shop, or by obtaining them from enemies when upgrading other equipment.

Each upgrade increases the probability that a higher tier version of the item level upgrade Upgrader mod (www.google.ps) will be dropped in the next reset. This gives the player an incentive to keep improving their equipment even if they're uncertain of the extent to which it will improve after a future reset.

The boost upgrade may be successful or not, the process can be expensive, and there is a substantial possibility that the item will be obsolete or even break when it fails; a failed upgrade will ruin Upgrade Crystals and Assist Powder as well as the upgraded item. Cash shop items can be used to minimize or eliminate the chance of failure. Some upgrades also give an additional bonus when reinserted.

Glyphs

Glyphs can be used to enhance the Paragon Board by placing them in sockets that are specifically designed for. Glyphs buff the effectiveness of all nodes in their radius, including pre-existing affixes on equipment. Glyphs can be upgraded in many ways, and we recommend getting them to level 15 as soon as you can.

You'll often see in the final game that placing Glyphs is the best way to upgrade your equipment. They are the only upgrade component that can be upgraded directly to level 15 and offer significant boosts to your power and radius on the Paragon Board, enabling you to get higher nodes much faster.

Glyphs, the only upgrade component that can be removed without restriction and then replaced with no restrictions, are the most common. Only legendary equipment can be salvaged and replaced by using the help of a Black Lion Salvage Kit.

The value of each Glyph is displayed when you select it from your inventory. You can replace it with an Glyph that is of the same or higher rank to boost the value of the Glyph.

You can find Glyphs in the Black Lion Trading Post, as part of a Gem Store purchase or bundle with certain gathering tools that are unlimited-use as well as through Faction Crypt raids. Each Faction Crypt could drop one of these Glyphs. There are some rare glyphs that you can find in any of the Faction Crypts.

Once you have obtained the desired Glyphs you will require them to be placed on your gear. Each Glyph will grant a distinct bonus that boosts the stats of a specific set of nodes in the vicinity of the Glyph. This will either be +40 for one of your primary stats or +25 for two of your secondary stats depending on the Glyph.

Glyphs boost all nodes that are connected to them, which is why it is recommended to place Glyphs in the most important places on the Graph. This will increase the impact. Druids for instance, should place their Glyphs close to their primary damage nodes. They may also want to consider placing them near their primary damage nodes.

Leveling

The upgrade system for items allows players to boost the stats of specific items by inserting upgraded components. This is referred to as "upping". Each upgradeable item is assigned an amount that determines the final stats. Upgraded items can be upgraded up to a maximum of 385. Each item level requires a different number of components to be reached and the cost of upgrading increase as the item is upgraded.

Certain upgrades require an ingredient to be activated. This ingredient can be obtained by the completion of Upgrade Recipes. These recipes are available in the upgrade tab of a crafting table, or purchased from some NPCs. Each Upgrade Recipe that is completed will result in a certain amount of Technology points. These points can be used to the upgrading of an item. Once enough points are earned you will be able to claim the upgrade and receive its additional bonuses.

When a player upgrades an item to a higher level, the original item is replaced with a different item of the same kind. This means that the same armor piece will become an weapon or shield once upgraded. The new item also has its own bonus. This could be a disadvantage, as the item can increase in price even if you do not need it.

If the player has enough tokens they can roll item upgrades. This causes the item to be exchanged for a new one, which will have the level 1 base, and a completely different set of bonuses. This can be useful for certain items, but it shouldn't be performed frequently, since it can use up many resources.

Certain upgrades can boost their value, allowing players to customize their gear. Dolphin's Gift is a good example, as it provides an increase in power if the player continuously enters or exits water. This can be upgraded several times, each time raising the maximum roll by 10 points. This item can be extremely useful in PvP battles, since an item that is properly rolled it can be worth between 20 and 50x its value without being upgraded.

Requirements

Item upgrading allows players to increase the level of their equippable equipment--armor, weapons, and trinkets over ilvl 385 by providing the appropriate currency and items to an NPC that upgrades items. Upgrades to armor set pieces increase its base defense and weapon upgrades items increase their base damage as well as the required strength and dexterity.

Each item level upgrade can be upgraded up to five times, except for hero gear, which can have eight upgrades. Every each time you upgrade an item, it has an opportunity to fail. The failure rate increases the more you exceed the maximum number of upgrades. Failures will cause the item to go back to its original condition, which requires the user to spend more money on materials than they would had they stopped upgrading at the maximum number of upgrades.

If an item isn't upgraded the experience bar in the bar for growth will be reset to zero. In addition, the item will lose any bonus it earned such as crit chance and attack damage, as well as any additional effects associated with that effect (for example, increased heal over time or reload speed). The player can continue to use their weapon or armor even after the failure.

When an item upgrader kit is upgraded the upgrades are applied from lowest to highest. This means that when a weapon is upgraded, if it increases its crit chance that it will be applied before any attack damage increases. Slots is a brand new attribute that has been added to the definitions of items. The value is calculated each time an upgrade occurs.

The amount of resources needed to upgrade an item are based on its rarity rating and upgrade slot count. The cost for upgrading non-premium items is equal to the base value of the upgrade. For instance, a standard equipment item might have 5 upgrades, each costing 25,600 Technology Points and 4x Quality Improvement Chance--whereas hero grade items will have a much lower cost for each additional upgrade.

Premium items have different requirements for upgrading than standard gear--for instance, they may require fewer sowels, but they will require more minerals and erons. However, players will need to visit the NPC [ArmorBoboko in Central Flarine. Boboko in Central Flarine with each piece of equipment they wish to upgrade. In addition to the upgrade costs listed above, each equipment upgrade will require an individual amount of ingredients needed to upgrade.
