Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can increase the performance of a piece of equipment and, sometimes, even add extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random enhancements applied.
For instance, the premium shield for racial discrimination Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to add additional defenses to missile-based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradeable over the unupgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to roll a purchased item such as an armor, weapon or ring. The item is swapped for a different one similar one and comes with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. However, they don't keep the same level as the original item, and any wasted resources won't be compensated for.
Survivors can obtain Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests or purchased from the market at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter the attribute of a piece equipment for example, increasing the damage it can cause.
Players can roll their equipment in three attributes three categories: physical power, magic power, and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage done by weapons and melee attacks and spell power boosts mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional amount of health.
There are three types of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to a better quality. To produce them, you require a higher-quality token to reroll. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
Unlike other special tokens and markers that are placed on Action spaces The reroll marker is left in the space until the next successful result is rerolled. This helps you save upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the start of every Preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by pressing on them. When they are opened, they will display an image and description of the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for a small amount of money.
During the course of a run, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on selected Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop has available to reroll, and also those that are in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons and armor, as well as accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones which increase the level of an item by improving its stats or characteristics. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. They can also be obtained by players who sign daily contracts.
To upgrade their gear players first need to locate the appropriate item and then click the "level up" button. This will display a list of the item's current level and what it will be when it is upgraded. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade the item is determined by its rarity. Most often rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires a single green or blue Growth Stone.
After deciding on what to upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, they can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. The item upgrade will be upgraded in level by a specific percentage. Based on the rarity of the Best item upgrade and rarity, the upgrade process could take between seconds and minutes.
The upgrade process is risk-free and does not affect the item's longevity. This is an excellent choice for those who wish to gain an advantage in battle, but don't want to burden their wallets. Moreover players can transfer experience and the progress of an upgraded item upgrader mod onto a new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.
The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be daunting for novice players. However, there are many ways to obtain them, including contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from the reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Additionally players can cut down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that lets you increase the stats of armor and weapons. You can also upgrade trinkets as well as helms. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials, and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will use up the upgrade materials and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item an additional boost in that particular area. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item is reached.
Items that have upgraded stats will display an icon of blue next to their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components cannot be stacked with one another, and can only be added to a single item at a time. Furthermore each upgrade component will require a certain quantity of items to be used in addition to a minimum amount for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add an item to be upgraded. On the right side, previews show what the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once the player has enough materials will initiate the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.
When an item upgrade reaches its maximum level and is no longer upgraded, it does not have the option to upgrade. When a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armor, trinkets, and gathering tools to offer an additional bonus or effect while the equipment is being used. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, acquired through questing or traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed by acquiring new ones. However, this could destroy the old upgrade.
Requirements
Upgrades to items allow players to boost certain stats of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item vary depending on the item type however, generally you'll require Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).
Upgrades to items can be used to make set pieces or weapons to provide additional effects or to increase the item level. These upgrades can be obtained from various sources in the game, including crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is added to an object it is not able to be removed or replaced. However, glyphs can be swapped freely.
Upgrades can boost the Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can boost the item's statistics.
For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and provides an additional 20% chance to block. The DPS "Wildfire", on the other hand, increases weapon damage.
Certain items are better off being upgraded not so much for their improved stats and more for the fact that it lets players get the maximum amount of value from a flawless roll on the item. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for example is highly coveted by melee PvP communities and can be worth 20-50 times the non-upp’d version.
The game will show you the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that is incorporated into the item upgrades. The game will display the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
If you've fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade the game will put the item in your inventory and the progress bar will be updated to indicate how close to completing the upgrade. You can also verify the status of an upgrade by visiting any item upgrader NPC.
