Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can sometimes increase the power of a piece of equipment and, sometimes, even add extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the amount of random augmentations used.

The most powerful racial Shield Razortail for instance, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption function in PvP or provide additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the perfect non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens permit you to buy a new item, such as armor, weapon, or ring. This allows you to swap the item for a different one of the same type and comes with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. They don't maintain the original level of the item and any wasted resources won't get compensated.

Survivors can obtain Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in crates and chests or bought from the store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attributes of an item upgrader for example, increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.

Players can roll their equipment into three attributes that include physical power, magical power, and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage that weapons and melee attacks while spell power improves rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available in three categories: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher quality and requires a higher-quality reroll token order to make it. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, rare upgrades require a special or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

As opposed to other tokens or markers that are placed on action spaces the reroll marker stays on the space until the next success result is repeated. This lets you save upgrades.

Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Stage, and can be opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened, they will display an explanation and icon for the Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of money.

In the course of a run, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to chosen Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available to reroll, and those that are located in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade armor, weapons and other items. These are special stones that can increase the level of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. These stones can also be obtained by players who have completed daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment players must first locate the Best item upgrade and then click the "level up button". The menu will appear that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being leveled up, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to do so. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.

After choosing the item to upgrade, the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. After the player has met the requirements, he can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. This will increase the item's level a certain percentage. Depending on the item's rarity, the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process also is risk-free and does not impact the longevity of the item. This makes the system an excellent way for players to get a significant advantage in combat without putting a strain on their accounts. Clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item to a new piece of gear.

The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for novice players. There are a variety of ways to acquire them, including contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that allows players to increase the base stats of weapons armor, helms and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume the upgrade materials and give the item an increased level, which gives the item an additional boost in that area. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an Best item upgrade is reached.

Items with upgraded base stats display an icon of blue in their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade items components cannot be stacked against each other, and can only be added to one item upgrader kit at a time. Each upgrade component also requires a certain number of items, as well as a minimum equipment level.

The Upgrade Station comes with two slots: the left is where players can place equipment that needs to be upgraded, while the right side shows a glimpse of what the equipment will appear like when it reaches its next level. When players have enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its base stats will increase by a small percentage. The maximum level for an item is 19.

Once an item reaches the highest level, upgrades will no longer be available to it. Likewise, once an item reaches the level of a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades to that track will have a discount.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armors, trinkets and gathering tools to give an additional benefit or bonus while the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through quests or traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed by acquiring new ones. However, this will destroy the old upgrade.

Requirements

Items upgrades allow players to boost certain attributes of armor and weapons they already have. The requirements to upgrade an item will vary based on the item type but generally, you'll need Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

The items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This gives them extra effects or an increased level of the item. These upgrades can come from many sources, including crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is placed into an object, it is not able to be removed or replaced. However, glyphs can be swapped freely.

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can enhance the stats of the item.

For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and gives an additional 20% chance of blocking. The DPS "Wildfire", however increases damage to weapons.

Certain items benefit from being upgraded less for their increased stats, but more for the fact that it allows players to get the most value from a flawless roll on the item. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.

If you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item, the game will display an open window that displays the necessary requirements. The game will display the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

The game will place an item in your inventory when you have met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how far you are towards completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any upgrader NPC for the item you want to upgrade.
