WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader
Upgrades give you boost in specific stats. Each upgrade increases item level by 3. Each upgrade also boosts a random substat.
Upgraded gear is generally more useful, unless the item upgrader kit has low requirements by nature (like FB sorc shields) or a high stat variance (like the eth Titan weapons). Upgrades are not as useful for those with lower requirements due to the requirement to roll a perfect version.
