Alternately, the phil&teds dots is a great single buggy from the beginning that is able to easily be adapted to take 2 (or 3 wheel bassinet stroller!) Multiple configurations are possible. This is especially useful if you have an infant in a car seat, since the frame can be equipped with a wedgie for optimum lie-flat positioning, or car seat adapters to various brands.
Suspension
