It's more expensive than some of the other choices on this list, however it's one of the few that have an umbrella for rain.

Summer Infant 3D Lite
The Summer Infant 3D Lite stroller is a light, practical stroller with many features. It folds into a small package to make it easy to carry and store. It is the lightest stroller we have tested and one of the best budget options available. It's not a great choice for an everyday stroller because it does not have a bassinet or car seat adapter, however it is perfect for traveling.
It can accommodate the toddler comfortably. The seat is flat for napping or changing diapers and the 5-point harness can be adjusted to three height positions as your child grows. The storage basket is big and there is an extra cup holder in the back for parents. There is a window that peeks out on the canopy which is covered with a flap of fabric and an extra zippered pocket for smaller items.
The stroller, similar to the UPPAbaby G-Luxe steers well on smooth surfaces, but it gets stuck in cracks when we test it on rough terrain. The wheels are made of plastic and they bounce more than the average of our test group. It also has a shorter carry strap than the majority of our strollers, so it is harder to carry when you're carrying a large bag or a sleeping baby.
The 3Dlite unfolds and folds down in only six seconds. There are a few steps to the process: raising the lever on the back center to release the latch, pressing down the latch on the back right and then lowering the handles. While these aren't the fastest or most efficient times for folding and unfolding a stroller, they are nevertheless quite fast. It has handles that are quite taller which could cause problems for those who are shorter.
The biggest disadvantage of the Summer Infant 3D Lite is that it does not have a full sunshade. It comes with a large canopy however it doesn't provide much protection to your child while walking with them facing the sunlight. It has a retractable visor which can provide some protection when fully open but doesn't completely cover the baby's head.
