World of Warcraft - Item Upgrade
Item upgrade allows players to increase the level of weapons and armor that are equippable. This improves the stats and may also include buffs or rerolls on an attach.
It is important to note that although you can upgrade magic and common equipment, it's usually not worth the effort. Rare and unique gear will soon surpass modernized equipment and magic.
Cost
When a player decides to upgrade an item, they must spend Gold to do so. The cost to upgrade an item is based on the item's current level and type of upgrade. Upgrades to weapons are typically cheaper than upgrades for armor because weapons have lower requirements. The amount of Gold needed increases as an item is upgraded.
The upgraded items will also have improved stats that can improve its performance in a variety of ways. This includes increasing its attack power critical strike chance, or damage per second. A upgraded item can also give additional bonuses to the unit it is equipped with. These upgrades can be utilized to boost a variety of purposes for example, to increase the overall strength of an individual or group unit. They can also be a significant influence on the gameplay.
The items can be upgraded at any NPC that is an upgrader in the game. In general NPCs can be found in capital cities or major questing locations. You can also find upgrades for items by visiting dungeons that have high-level bosses and talking to NPCs in the garrisons of your faction.
The upgrade system for items in World of Warcraft provides players with the possibility of upgrading the level of weapons, armor, and trinkets. Depending on the type of item, you'll need one or more Power Dices (Dice 6 is droppable from monsters 21+ and Giants while Dice 12 is available from Bosses). You will also require different amounts of Minerals, Erons and Giants.
Time
Upgrades to items are a method to increase your ship's stats and gear without having to level them up. They're not cheap, but they can be an effective method to boost your stats and not have to spend as much time fighting. It's crucial to know the costs and benefits before making the investment of time or money.
Each upgrade increases an item's base stat by a specific amount and also gives a chance for a bonus stat increase. The additional substat is randomly assigned, and can vary from a tiny increase in one statistic to an even greater increase in another. The process will consume Growthstones and Sollant however there is an opportunity to get an upgraded item in just one cycle of growth. Recycled items don't keep their current level or amount of resources used to upgrade them.
The maximum level of upgrade for an item is determined by the item's tier and its quality. Common items can be upgraded up to an maximum of level six while Rare and Epic items can be upgraded to levels nine. The item upgrades are added to the base stats of the item. This means that they won't grow more after a certain point.
