1. Baby Jogger City Tour cheap double buggy
The City Tour 2 Double stroller is the smallest model in the Baby Jogger range. It is designed for travel, and fits through doors that are standard with its narrow and slim design. It's also among the lightest double buggies available that weighs just 14lbs when folded. This makes it perfect for traveling with a baby and toddler since you won't exceed the luggage allowances of airlines. It can also be folded into the size of an incredibly small travel bag which means you can put it in the back of your car.
The one-handed, Z-shape fold is easy and is extremely compact twin stroller once you master it and takes minutes to fold. However, our tester found the auto lock a little confusing. As the handlebar doesn't lock into place when you press it, it hit her legs when she was using it. The handlebar was a little on the short side particularly with a large changing bag hanging off of it.
This double stroller is not as light as other buggies. It's got a broad variety of features, and is one the most versatile double strollers available on the market. It can be used with two carrycots (available separately), features multiple recline positions, and a UV 50+ canopy. You can put an additional bassinet to one or both seats to make this an all-in-one travel system.
The four wheels made of rubber are perfect for pavements and urban terrain however, they're not designed for off-roading - they struggled on long grass and gravel and there's not much clearance between the wheel and the bracket so mud got stuck easily. But our testers still enjoyed riding this buggy, and it did manage to climb some beautiful muddy hills.

The 360 swivel wheel on the front can be locked into place to make it easier to maneuver around town, and the one pedal easy-lock brake is simple to use.
Our test participants found that the Nipper Double was incredibly easy to manoeuvre, even when walking on uneven ground or when turning quickly in the middle of a busy street. They were also impressed by the fact that both seats recline independently, meaning they can be adjusted to suit the individual's needs. This is ideal for napping.
They also liked the fact that the hoods could be moved forward and back making them easy to adjust to the sun or for wind protection. They did not offer the same coverage as Baby Jogger City Mini Hoods. It might be worth having an additional rain cover in the case.
Overall, our test participants were impressed by the Nipper double's capacity to let them take their twin daughters Sydney and Lyla to all sorts of adventures. From exploring the forest for wildlife to rushing to a park for a playdate, they loved it. They were also impressed by how cosy and spacious the two seats are with plenty of room for toddlers growing to sprawl out in. Our test participants did not agree that the lack of parent-facing seating and inability to use car seats in the buggy was a disadvantage and they would like to have more storage space for shopping and other equipment.
