Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can boost the performance of a piece of gear and sometimes even its extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random enhancements applied.

The most powerful racial Shield Razortail for instance, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption capability in PvP, and/or to add additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more tradable than the perfect non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item, such as an armor, weapon or ring. This swaps the current item for one of the same type with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. They don't maintain the original level of the item and any wasted resources aren't rewarded.

The survivors can get reroll tokens in several ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in crates and chests, or buy them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change an attribute on a piece of equipment for example, increasing its damage or giving it a new stat.

Players can roll their equipment into three aspects three categories: physical power, magic power, and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage done by weapons and melee attacks while spell power boosts mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to a higher quality. To produce them, you need a higher-quality reroll token. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, while rare upgrades require a special or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

Unlike other special tokens and markers that are placed on action spaces The reroll marker is left in the space until the next Success result is to be rerolled. This lets you not waste upgrades.

Blueprints appear as envelopes at the start of each Preparation Phase and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. Once they are open they show a complete description and icon of the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's shop will exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

In the end, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop has available for rerolls, and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that increase the level of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. Additionally, players can acquire these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade gear players must first locate the item, then click the "level up button". This will display a menu that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being upgraded as well as the necessary amount of Growth Stones to do so. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade item an item will depend on its rarity. Most often rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires just one green or blue Growth Stone.

Once they have decided on the upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to utilize and pay the appropriate cost. Once the player has satisfied the requirements, they can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be raised in level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can take anywhere from seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is completely risk-free and does not affect the durability of the item upgrader kit. The system is an excellent choice for those who wish to gain an advantage in combat, but don't want to spend a lot of money. Moreover, players can transfer the experience and advancement of an upgraded item to a new one by clicking on the "transfer" tab.

New players may find it difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are a variety of ways to obtain them, including completing contracts and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that lets players boost the stats of their weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. It's done by adding upgrade components at the Upgrade Station and paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will use up the upgrade components and grant the item an increased level, which gives the item an additional boost in that area. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item has been attained.

Items that have upgraded stats will display a blue icon next to their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components do not stack with one another, and can only be added to one item at a time. Additionally each upgrade component will require a certain amount of items to be applied in addition to an initial level for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add items to be upgraded. On the right side, a preview shows what the gear will look like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after the player has enough materials will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item upgrade is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small percentage. The maximum level of an item is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum capacity that it can no longer have the option of upgrading. In the same way, once an item is on an upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for the track will be offered at discounted prices.

Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can be put into armor, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools to give an attribute bonus or extra effect while the equipment is being used. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained through questing or traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by acquiring new ones. However, this can destroy the old upgrade.

Requirements

Upgrades to items allow players to boost certain stats of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on the type of item but generally, you'll need Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options available).

Upgrades to items can be incorporated into equipment sets and weapons for extra effects or a higher quality item. These upgrades can come from many sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is placed into an object, it is not able to be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.

The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can increase the item's statistics.

The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun" For instance, increases defense base and adds an additional 20 percent chance to block. In addition, the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.

Some items benefit from upgrading not so much for their improved stats, but more for the fact that it lets players get the maximum amount of value out of a perfect roll on the item. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

The game will display the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that goes into the item. These include the item type (either weapon or armor), the tier of the item as well as the Upgrade Token needed, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.

Once you've met the required requirements for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will change to show how close to completing it. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any item upgrader NPC.
