GreenPower Motor Company makes purpose-built high-performance, all-electric heavy-duty and medium-duty vehicles that serve the delivery and cargo market, shuttle and transit space, as well as school buses. GreenPower's EV Star Cab & Chassis, which is exclusive allows for Greenpower Electric Scooters multiple upgrades and bodies and sets the standards for zero emission people and goods transport. GreenPower also offers low floor green electric scooter buses for transit authorities, such as a 30ft EV250, 40ft EV350 and a double decker EV550.

The firm's fleet of buses includes six distinct models that share around 95% of their components. They're also capable of offering these vehicles at a lower price than traditional vehicles, and that's particularly important considering that the government's subsidies are decreasing.

The EV Star Cargo van is the latest GreenPower fleet member and was specifically designed for last-mile delivery applications. It has an adaptable design that is easy to modify. It is also equipped with a variety of accessories that can enhance the performance.

Its interior is modular and can be adapted to fit various body models. It also has a complete suite of driver assistance systems. In terms of charging, it is able to be charged with AC level 2 in 8 hours at 11 kW or via DC fast charge in two hours at 61 4 kW. The vehicle also has vented HVAC as well as ADA security.

In the realm of passenger transportation GreenPower's EV Star Passenger Van sets the benchmark for performance, safety and sustainability. Based on the EV Star Cab and Chassis, it is equipped with a variety of upfits or bodies to meet the needs of different businesses and is available in a range of seating capacities from 20 to 50 passengers. Its Altoona test score of 92.2 is the top in class, and it also offers ADA accessibility options.

As the demand for electric power scooters vehicles continues to increase, GreenPower is looking at ways to increase its production capacity. GreenPower is collaborating with Perrone Robotics to integrate Level 5 autonomous driving into the EV Star, which will be the first of its kind to offer this capability. Unlike most autonomous vehicles on the road today, which are converted or upfitted GreenPower's EV Star was created with autonomy in mind from the start. Its clean-sheet design facilitates the integration of future autonomous drive technologies. GreenPower's EV Star is available in both diesel and battery electric versions, with the latter offering an up to 150 miles of range on a single charge. It also has a huge payload capacity that can accommodate many different body designs and configurations. This enables it to be customized to meet the needs of a variety of different applications like paratransit, employee shuttles micro-transit and vanpool service. GreenPower has already begun producing ten EV Stars per month, and it plans to increase production when demand increases. This will enable it to offer the lowest total cost of ownership to customers. The goal of the company is to make it simple for both communities and businesses to switch to zero-emission vehicles. Together, we can create a healthier and greener future.
