Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can increase the stats of a piece of equipment and, sometimes, even add extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements, and how many random augmentations can be applied.

The racial Shield elite Razortail, for example, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption function in PvP, and/or to add additional defenses to missile-based builds in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the perfect non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item level upgrade, like armor, weapon, or ring. This replaces the item with an identical item and comes with different benefits. Reroll tokens are an economical method of upgrading equipment. However, they don't retain the same level as the original item, and any wasted resources won't be compensated for.

The survivors can get reroll tokens in several ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in crates and chests or purchase them from the store for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attributes of a piece of equipment that could include increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.

Players can roll their equipment into three aspects that include physical power, magical power and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage caused by weapons and melee attacks and spell power upgrades rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

Three types of rerolls tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a better quality, with the requirement of a higher-quality reroll token order to create it. Upgrades with enhanced capabilities require a common item, while rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

The marker for rerolling, unlike markers or tokens placed on action spaces, stays on the spot until the next success is being rerolled. This is a way to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the start of every preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by pressing on them. When they are opened, they display a full description and the icon of the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. Blueprints can be exchanged for new Appliance or Ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of coins.

This means that blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a game. This changes which blueprints the restaurant's shop sells to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that boost the quality of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. Additionally, players can acquire these stones by completing daily contracts.

To upgrade their gear players must first identify the appropriate item, and then click on the "level up" button. The screen will show a summary of the item's current level and what it will be after being upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.

After deciding on what to upgrade, players need to select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. Once the requirements are satisfied, the user can then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item's level by a specific percentage. The process of upgrading can last anywhere from seconds to several minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process is also completely risk-free and does not affect the durability of the item. The system is a great way for players who wish to get an edge in combat but don't want strain their wallets. Additionally players can transfer experience and the progress of an upgraded item onto a new item by clicking the "transfer" tab.

The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be daunting for novice players. There are a variety of ways to obtain the stones. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or find them in reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that lets players increase the base stats of weapons armor, helms and trinkets. It's done by combining an item with upgrade components at the Upgrade Station, paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume the upgrade components and grant the Best item upgrade (Thoughtlanes published an article) an upgrade level, giving the item an additional boost in that area. This process can continue until the item reaches its maximum level.

Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon next to their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, cannot be applied to more than one item at a time. Furthermore each upgrade component will require a specific amount of items to be added, as well as an initial level for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add an item upgrader mod that they wish to upgrade. On the right side, an image of the equipment will look like when it reaches its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once a player has sufficient materials will initiate the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small percentage. The highest level for an item is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum level, its upgrades will not be available to it. When an item reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, tools for gathering and weapons to give an extra effect or attribute benefit while the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, acquired through questing or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be swapped with new ones. However, this could destroy the old upgrade.

Requirements

Upgrades to items give players the ability to increase certain attributes of weapons and armor they currently have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on the kind of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium as well as a few Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

Items can be upgraded by adding item upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This will give them extra effects or an increased level of the item. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, such as crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting during bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component has been placed into an object, it is not able to be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.

Upgrades can increase the Mark Level of an item or Rarity. Additionally, some upgrade components come with additional modifiers which can further increase the stats of an item.

The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun" for instance, increases defense base and adds an additional 20 percent chance of blocking. Additionally the dps upgrade "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.

Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but they are not because they increase stats. They are more valuable to players when they achieve an exact roll. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and can be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.

The game will highlight the requirements once you choose the upgrade component that goes into the item. The game will show the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.

If you've fulfilled the requirements for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will update to indicate how close to completing it. You can also track the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
