Top Black Friday and Cyber Monday robot vacuum sale Vacuum Deals

If you've always wanted to get a robot vacuum, now is the time. CNET's best-rated models will be available during Black Friday and Cyber Monday with discounts of up to 57%.

The Roborock Q7 Max is a powerful robot that has smart mapping and app-based no-go zones. Its run time of 180 minutes is impressive. It also self-empties itself and automatically refills its water tank.

1. iRobot Roomba j7+

The Roomba J7+ is iRobot's most intelligent robot vacuum to date. Its most notable innovation is its camera-based obstacle-detection technology. This uses AI to detect objects such as charging cables and shoes. It's also the first robot to automatically send you photos of the object it comes across so that you can tell it to stay clear of it in the future.

The Combo j7+ is also the most efficient mop budget robot vacuum we've ever tested, removing spills and dirt with ease while leaving no trace it was there. It's easy to control using the iRobot Home app, which lets you schedule cleaning and set up Keep Out Zones so that it doesn't clean areas you do not want it to. And it's compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant, so you can turn it on and off with your voice.

Its design is an improvement over the rest with a sleek top piece that looks more like a toy robotic rather than a loud, loud one. The Clean Base Automatic Dirt Disposal System automatically empty and is ideal to speed up cleaning.

In our tests, we discovered that the j7+ swiftly removed dust, dirt, and pet hair. Its counter-rotating rubber brush rolls kept the debris in one spot rather than sending it scattering around the floor. It was able to collect small gravel, sand and even a bit of grit. Most robots can't accomplish this feat. It did this without getting caught in our pet's hair.

The j7+, although not as intelligent as the $1,217 Roomba S9+ Self-Emptying Vacuum from iRobot, and it isn't able to clean the stairs, it's a good option for those who need both mopping and vacuum. It's not too expensive and the iRobot App makes it simple to use.

Although the iRobot Home app is very user-friendly however we've found it be less reliable than other applications that work with robotic cleaners. It can take some time to download updates, and it is sometimes difficult to know if they are working until you see them in action.

2. Roborock Q5+

If you're looking for a robotic vacuum cleaner that does more than simply clean your floors then a hybrid is the best amazon vacuum option. This type of robot typically has a built-in water tank which means they can mop and vacuum your home simultaneously. They also have a number of additional features, including smart mapping, small obstacle avoidance and even the ability to wash and dry mopping pads. They are expensive at retail, but usually come down in price on Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

Roborock makes some of our favorite robot vacuums and the Q5+ is no exception. This is the least expensive model of their auto-empty line. Although it doesn't include some of the expensive features (like no-go zones and multi-story memories) however, it's a great choice if you are willing to make a few compromises to save a few bucks.

The Q5+ is noticeably gentle around obstacles such as tables and walls, which makes it a good choice for homes with lots of furniture. It's also very thorough in cleaning up dust bunnies, which is a place where many cheaper robot vacuums fail. The navigation technology in the Q5+ is fantastic too, with very little missed corners and along walls.

The Q5+, just like other Roborock products, can be controlled by just a few buttons on the device or through the Roborock App. The app lets you start and stop cleanings. You can also set schedules, design virtual barriers and no-go areas, modify your home map or re-label the rooms.

If you choose to purchase the Q5+ model, it comes with a brand new auto-empty dock, which was specifically designed to make this robot simple to maintain. Installing it requires a screwdriver, however, once it's in place it is done easily. It also has an impressive LCD display that is great to have when you're setting up schedules or adjusting settings. This isn't an essential feature for the majority of people but it can help you keep the track of your robot's maintenance intervals easily.

3. Narwal Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra is a well-rounded robot mop and vacuum that's astonishingly intelligent in its mopping and vacuuming capabilities. Its design and function are some of the best self cleaning Vacuum on the market however, it's also expensive.

The base station is attractive and is hidden when it's not in use, and the size is quite compact. The station's most appealing factor is its ability to automate numerous tasks and functions that other robots leave up to you. It can store clean and dirty water, electrolyzes and heats the water (which the majority of other robots require you to do) and empty the dust bin after vacuuming, and helps keep your robot fully charged and clean.

Its vacuuming performance is quite impressive as well. It's the only robovac that I've tested that does well at picking up the dust from floors with no. It's also not as loud as the costly Roomba 900 series or iRobot 980.

The Freo X Ultra is not without flaws, especially when it comes navigation. Its LiDAR and laser sensors aren't as reliable as some other robovacs, which means it sometimes gets stuck or confused in certain areas or rooms of the house. It's also unable to climb stairs like other models and isn't equipped with a docking station to create a clean zone for plush carpets.

Although it doesn't provide as many in terms of cleaning configuration options in its app, or as many shortcuts within the app like other robovacs the Freo X Ultra is still a top choice for those looking for an all-around great mop and robot vacuum that's worth the higher price price.

If you're looking to save money or aren't averse to the limitations of the robot, there are plenty of other options on the market. A lot of eufy models are significantly less. The eufy Qrevo Curv, for instance is less expensive and offers a similar in-app experience with additional features such as the ability to climb stairs, a full-function dock, and superior overall vacuuming performance on bare floors as well as high- and low-pile carpets.

4. eufy RoboVac G30

Eufy, a Anker company is a long-standing leader of producing robot vacuums that strike the perfect balance between features, performance and price. The G30 Hybrid is no different and offers a powerful cleaning on hard floors and mopping functions as well as carpets at an affordable price point. It's simple to set up, simply snap on one of the side brush, turn it on and plug in your charging dock. The app will guide you through the steps to connect your G30 to your Wi-Fi. The dock must be placed near an outlet with plenty of room to move.

The G30 is a small device, measuring 2.85 inches in height, meaning it is able to be tucked away under couches and pieces of low-clearance furniture. Its design is more subtle when compared to rival models. It has a sleek black finish and three buttons that are physical for Auto Cleaning start/pause (which scrubs an area in a spiral pattern for two minutes) Recharge and Spot Cleaner. It is also possible to connect the G30 with Amazon Alexa or Google Home for voice commands to perform routine cleaning tasks that are not scheduled.

The way that the G30 cleans is what differentiates it from other models. It uses an integrated map to draw an image of the unmovable items that are in its path. It keeps track of the things it has cleaned and what it is unable to access. It then returns to the base to recharge and continues cleaning the area it left.

The elegant G30 has its flaws however. The iRobot Roomba 675 is much better built, incurs lower recurring costs, is charged faster and offers similar battery life while offering better performance on floors with no carpet and carpets with low pile. It has a bigger dust bin that doesn't require more emptying. It also comes with boundaries that prevent it from certain areas. The G30 is more affordable and simpler to maintain. Its smaller dust container doesn't need emptying as often and it struggles less with heavy materials like cereal.
