20 Tips To Help You Be More Efficient With Item Upgrade
WoW Upgrades - The item level Upgrade (www.google.co.vi) Upgrader
Upgrades give you an increase in specific statistics. Each upgrade increases the item level by +3. Each upgrade also increases a random substat.
Upgraded gear is generally more valuable, unless the item is not required by nature (like FB sorc shields) or a high stat variance (like Eth Titan weapons). Upgrades aren't as useful for those with lower requirements due to the requirement to roll a perfect version.
Recycle Points
The upgrader for items allows players to upgrade their gear to a higher item level by supplying the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any kind of armor or weapon. The item used to upgrade the item will be consumed and can't be used again. Upgrades can be applied to Enchantments.
You can upgrade your equipment anytime by visiting the upgrader in any major city. It is recommended to visit the upgrader once every few weeks to keep your equipment up-to-date.
Upgrades can cost more based on the level of the item but they will always be less expensive than purchasing new equipment. For instance, upgrading a chest piece from Benthic to 385 ilvl will cost 20 recycle points purchasing a similar piece from another player will cost 105.
Valorstones
Upgrades are items which can be used to level up weapons, tools, armor, and other accessories. They can be bought by players through NPCs who sell upgrades for items in exchange for different currencies, and may also be found in random treasure lists. Once an upgrade has been purchased, it can be used on any weapon or tool using an button, which will display an image of the item at the next upgrade level if the player has sufficient materials.
The upgrade cost depends on the slot of the item and current item level, with weapons costing more than gloves or bracers, for example. Each step costs 15 Flightstones plus a set number of crests. Some upgrades offer discounts on Flightstones. Once an item upgrading is upgraded to a certain degree and is degraded, it can be sold and sold back to the upgrader for a lesser amount of both currencies.
Many locations offer item upgrader upgraders, including the main Island and some outposts. The NPCs provide both an upgrade discount and a chance to obtain a new upgrade item recipe. The upgrade discount increases according to the number of items being upgraded. It can also be boosted by having players complete some specific achievements or quests.
Icewind Dale does not have an upgrader for items at the beginning unlike Cromwell from Baldur's Gate II. Instead the NPCs that are available to help with upgrades are acquired via several methods, which is both an improvement and a drawback.
In Season 3 the upgrade system was modified a bit, and numerous new features added. After a player has upgraded to a certain level of item for an armor slot, upgrading other items to the same item level, will cost less. This applies even if those items are from another set of gear.
The discount applies to all accounts. The amount of Harbinger Crests required to upgrade is cut as well, but is only available once certain milestones have been reached.
Crests
When upgrading equipment in WoW, players have a few options. Flightstones are a currency that is available to everyone who wants to upgrade. Crests are more specialized and are used for specific item level upgrades. Crests are the main component of the Dragonflight gear progression system that was introduced in 10.1 and are available in 4 ranks.
First, you must be aware that crests are only available for gear that is of a particular rank. Each rank comes with an upgrade path that is different. The easiest and most straightforward upgrade is 15 crests. The most complex upgrade requires up to 20 crests, based on the type of equipment being upgraded.
Players can earn crests by working through tasks at the appropriate level. This could mean engaging in outdoor activities or taking on dungeons and raids of any difficulty to earn lower-tier gear or Mythic+ raid bosses or dungeons that have a high difficulty for endgame gear. The crests can then be exchanged with an upgrader for the item upgrader kit, such as Cuzolth or Vaskarn, in Valdrakken to upgrade the item upgrader in the proper steps and pathways.
The use of these currencies isn't that difficult, but the system introduces some changes to the overall upgrade process. When a piece of equipment has reached the highest level of upgrade for any rank (Explorer or Adventurer) it no longer requires Flightstones. This change is designed to allow players to get their gear up to the highest possible ilvl on all their characters instead of relying on seasonal loot.
It's also essential to use crests in a wise manner, as they are only used for one purpose. It is recommended to put your Whelpling-rank Crests on the best gear that you can find and keep Drake and Wyrm Crests to be used for the next set of upgrades. This is especially applicable to rings and trinkets that fill multiple slots on the character that will be able to benefit from the account-wide discount if all of the slots are filled with high-quality equipment.
