Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customized using an application that is specifically designed for. You can save maps of your home and set up cleaning schedules and select mopping modes. You can also alter the suction power and fine tune the amount of water and the scrubbing action of your mop.

A mapping function will help your robot navigate around rooms. A feature to avoid obstacles helps it avoid running over wires, furniture, or stray toys. These are essential features for my house, filled with toys scattered around.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the company's flagship mop and vacuum, so it's a natural choice to be with a host of features. It can sweep and mop in one session and even raise its brushes and mop pads to prevent soft surfaces from becoming too damp. It also can avoid obstacles by finding pet toys, plants and other small objects.

The maximum suction power is 6,000 pascals. This is higher than any other robot vacuum we've examined to date. It also has PreciSense LiDAR navigation that tracks its position, which helps prevent it from getting stuck on objects.

The mopping function is impressive and features the S8 Pro Ultra able to apply constant pressure of over 6 Newtons to the mop pad for deep cleaning. It also has mop lifter technology that will lift the pad automatically as it transitions between tile and laminate, hardwood and carpet or rugs, to avoid soaking the soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be used for rinsing and then drying within the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. You can set it up and forget about it. It is only necessary to refill the water tank or replace the dust bag occasionally.

All of this is powered by a 5,200mAh lithium-ion battery. I tested it with its normal vac and mop settings for approximately 160 minutes before the S8 Pro Ultra started to be power-deficient and return to its base for a recharge. This is within the range of the 180-minute time that Roborock claims and is in line with other hybrids I've tested.

It's a well-rounded, capable product. The only downside is that it's costly. The sheer amount of features makes it a very attractive option for anyone who is looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We would highly recommend this vacuum if you can justify its price.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot cleaner vacuum and mop is a premium combination. The price is justified by its robust features, including a large vacuuming capability and two mop heads that gyrate. It has an app-enabled smart control system and an advanced obstacle-avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop sets available with a suggested retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed well across the entire home. It was able to remove 98.4 percent of debris from all types of floors and managed to lift long hair without getting caught up in. The mops also performed well and produced excellent cleaning results with less effort than most mid-range models, due to their rotational motion as well as the powerful cleaning solution.

The docking station is the main selling aspect of the L10S Ultra. It's multifunctional and advanced. The docking station empties the dustbin into a bag that can be used for dirt, fills up the water tank for mopping and even dries your mop pads. It is equipped with a real-time danger detection system, and its smart controls let you schedule periodic cleaning sessions.

In contrast to the other hybrid vacuum mops I tested, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced dirt pickup on carpets. Additionally the mops aren't adept at removing stubborn stains as those found in the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra, which is the most expensive model. Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's premium features it still requires regular maintenance. To prevent mildew or unpleasant odors, the base unit dustbag, water and tanks must be cleaned and emptied regularly. They also need to be dried. It is also important to keep in mind that the mop pads, that are bought separately, will need to be replaced on a regular basis too.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the funds. For those who are on a budget, I suggest a more rudimentary model that will allow you to save money while still enjoying hands-free cleaning at your home. Even it were the case that the L10S Ultra was the best vacuum and robotic mop you could purchase however, its cost and frequent maintenance would make it more an item to have than one that you actually need.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop you need to clean up messes and get rid of dirt from your hard floors. This powerful robovac/mop combination comes with a powerful suction capacity of 8,000 Pa. It also has a huge battery capacity that can be used for both mopping and vacuuming. And it is equipped with a top-notch obstacle-avoidance system. It has a roller-mop that cleans by itself which makes it stand out from other models that require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is different from the spinning discs and microfibre pads that are found on other robots. The roller is nearly the entire length of the robot vacuum that vacuums and mops and it gets a constant supply of fresh water that is filtered and ozonated from the dock. As it rotates the roller scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt and any dry debris is picked up by the side brushes or swept into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro is able to dump dirty mop water in its base station where it is sucked up by the tank's heater elements and emptied into a larger storage container. The tank that is onboard can hold a good amount of water and can handle up to a half dozen mopping sessions before being emptied out.

Like many robotic vacuums and mop sets like the S1 Pro is ready to take it out of the box. The S1 Pro will need to be refilled with clean water. This is easily done in the cleaning dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock, if you prefer to have the option of using your own brand of cleaner. If you opt for this option however, you'll need to buy the Eufy-branded cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot brands, allowing users to select their own choice of cleaning solutions.

The S1 Pro performed well in the navigation efficiency and coverage tests, as did the majority of robots. It was quick to map out a space and was able to navigate around furniture. It sat on carpets with larger piles several times during my tests. However this could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is a very capable all-in-one robot vacuum cleaners best for an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry-level mop and vacuum, but it has some outstanding features. The multi-function dock emptys the robot's dirtbag and replenishes its water tanks, while washing and sanitizing mop pads as it moves. The mopping system is capable of cleaning a good bit of an area before it has to return to its dock and the vacuum's high suction does a nice job of removing debris and pet hair from carpets.

The app that runs the appliance is quite dense, offering a wide range of options to customize the cleaning process. You can set it up manually to start an entire map and clean of everything that the device maps, or you can choose individual rooms, expandable zones or even a routine that you've set up. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It uses the sensors on the mops to map the space and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

Like all the Roborock models we've examined The Qrevo does well in our tests. Its navigation system performs well in locating rooms quickly and cleaning in a neat way. Its "Normal" pathing option covers an area well, and doesn't leave any major gaps or missing areas. Reactive Tech's hazard-avoidance feature works well, but it is not as advanced as the color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It is able to detect dangers like carpets that are thick, but it may not be able identify smaller objects like electrical wires and rug tassels.

This device has a major problem: it doesn't offer a mop after vacuuming. This could be a problem for people who vacuum frequently prior to using their robot. Thankfully, there's an easy solution: the app offers the option to "clean up" at the end of each session. This allows you to use the mopping feature of the vacuum to get rid of the last traces of dust and debris that you've left behind from your vacuuming. This is a nice feature that lets this vacuum to clean up a bit better than its competitors with lower prices.
