The only downside I found in this model was the VibraRise mop pads mount isn't movable. It is possible to change the mopping cloth if required, but it's a challenge to remove the mount to wash it manually. I've found any plush carpet that the robot vacuum cleaners best touches will be in contact with the rough Velcro like fastener system on mount, which can cause scratches.

The S8 Pro Ultra is equipped with a number smart features, including support for Google Home and Amazon Alexa. The Roborock app lets you manage and set up these features.
