It can clean the floor even after it vacuums. This is a feature that we haven't seen before on other robotic vacuum/mop combinations.
3. Roomba X40 from iRobot
With an elegant circular design that looks more like a normal Roomba rather than the compact models this mop and robot vacuum is among the most appealing looking in our tests. The newest model from iRobot is its most advanced and has advanced features like Enhanced Dirt Detection Technology as well as future compatibility with Matter (another company's robot that can wash its own mop pads).

The smart robot employs an array of LIDAR and structured light to map out floor plans and spot obstacles, navigating more intelligently than its top competitors. It also has a front mounted camera for real-time detection of hazards, though this wasn't completely foolproof in our tests, and was often confused with power cords or obstructions.
The vacuum cleaner has an maximum suction of 7,000 Pascals which is more than enough to do the job.
