It's got enough space for a weekender bag, a diaper bag, and a back pocket. There are two cup holders for parents. The only drawback is that it doesn't have an entire recline and doesn't have a strap for carrying, but it's still an excellent option for families who are constantly on the move.

When it is folded and carried it's impossible to get more compact than the Cybex Libelle. It folds into a rectangle that's as slim as a passport. As such, it can easily fit into a backpack or purse. It can be rolled down plane aisles and is an excellent option for cabin storage, although it may not fit into the more compact overhead compartments of smaller planes.

Contours Quick Elite is another excellent choice. It can accommodate 30 different car seat models (adapter required), or a child as big as 50 lbs. It's not as lightweight like our other top picks, but it's still pretty compact when folded, and it comes with a large under-seat basket that can fit the backpack of a child.
