Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrading gear increases its base stats and sometimes enhances its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the number of random augmentations applied.

The most powerful racial Shield Razortail, for example, is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorption capability in PvP or add additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the un-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens let you buy a new item, such as an armor, weapon or ring. This allows you to swap the item for another similar one with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens are an affordable way to upgrade items gear. They don't maintain the original item upgrades's level, and any resources wasted won't get compensated.

The survivors can get tokens to reroll in many ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be located in crates and chests or bought at the local store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attributes of the equipment for example, increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.

Players can roll equipment with three attributes, physical power, spell power, and health. Upgrades to physical power increase damage from weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power upgrade mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades give the player an extra health.

Three types of reroll tokens are available: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a better quality, with the requirement of a higher-quality reroll token order to produce it. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, while rare upgrades require a special or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.

Unlike other special tokens and markers that are placed on action spaces The reroll marker is left on the space until the next successful result is rerolled. This lets you not waste upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the beginning of every Preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by grasping them. Once they're opened they show a complete description and an icon for the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. The restaurant's shop will trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.

During the course of an event, blueprints may be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on chosen Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints that the restaurant's shop sells for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade armor, weapons and other items. These stones are special stones that boost the level of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. They are also available to players who have completed daily contracts.

To upgrade gear players must first locate the item then click the "level up button". This will show a list of the item's level, and what it will be after being leveled-up. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.

Once they have decided on the upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. When the requirements have been fulfilled, the player may then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item's level by a specific percentage. Based on the rarity of the item the upgrade process can take between seconds and minutes.

The upgrade process also is risk-free, and does not impact the durability of the item upgrades. This makes the system an ideal way for players to gain an advantage in combat without straining their bank accounts. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded item onto a new piece of gear.

The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for novice players. There are several ways to obtain these stones. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that allows you to increase the stats of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It is achieved by adding upgrades at the Upgrade Station and paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The upgrade materials will be consumed and the item will gain an upgraded level. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item has been attained.

Items with upgraded stats will have an icon of blue next to their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade items components do not stack against each other, and can only be added to one item at one time. Each upgrade component requires an amount of items and a minimum equipment level.

The Upgrade Station features two slots: the left one is where players can add a piece of equipment that they wish to upgrade, and the right side shows a glimpse of what the gear will look like once it is at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow when a player has sufficient materials will begin the upgrade process.

An item of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its base stats will be increased by a small percentage. The maximum level of an item is 19.

Once an item reaches its maximum capacity that it can no longer have the option to upgrade. When an item attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to that track will have a discount.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into armor, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools to give an attribute bonus or extra effect when the equipment is in use. They can be bought through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones. However, this can cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.

Requirements

The upgrades to items allow players the ability to increase certain attributes of weapons and armor they currently have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item differ depending on the type of item however, you'll generally require Dilithium as well as an amount of Upgrade tokens.

The items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to weapons and equipment. This will give them more effects or an improved item level. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, such as crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component is placed into an object, it isn't able to be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.

Upgrades can boost an item's Mark Level or Rarity. In addition, some upgrade components have additional modifiers which can further enhance the stats of the item.

For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" increases base defense, and adds an extra 20% chance to block. In addition the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.

Some items are better off being upgraded not so much for their improved stats, but because it lets players get the most value from a flawless roll on the item. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.

When you select an upgrade component to slot into an item the game will display an open window that displays the necessary requirements. These include the type of item (either Weapon or Armor) the level of the item, the upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

The game will place an item upgrader kit in your inventory when you have fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then change to show how close you are towards getting the upgrade completed. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any item upgrader NPC.
