Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrading gear increases its stats base and often increases its other features. The value of these upgrade is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements, and how many random augmentations can be applied.

For instance, the top racial shield Razortail is commonly upgraded for its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to provide additional defenses to missile-based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to buy a new item, like a weapon, armor or ring. This allows you to swap the item for another similar one with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective way to upgrade gear. They don't maintain the original level of the item, and any resources wasted won't get compensated.

The survivors can get tokens to reroll in many ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates or bought from the store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attribute of a piece equipment, for example increasing the damage it can cause.

Players can reroll equipment in three categories: physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power boost the damage caused by weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional level of health.

Three types of rerolls tokens are available in three categories: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item to a higher quality and requires an upgraded reroll token in order to make it. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The marker that rerolls, unlike markers or tokens placed on action spaces remains on the space until the next Success is to be rerolled. This helps to prevent the waste of upgrades.

Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the start of each Preparation phase. They can be opened using Interact by grabbing on to them. When they are opened, they display an explanation and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of coins.

In the course of the course of a game, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on selected Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop offers to reroll and which are available in the Non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that increase the level of an item by increasing its stats or characteristics. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. These stones are also available to players who have completed daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment players first need to identify the appropriate item, and then click the "level up" button. This will display a list of the item's levels and what it will be after being leveled-up. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The amount of Growth Stones needed to upgrade the item is determined by its rarity. Most often, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, while uncommon armor requires a single blue or green Growth Stone.

After deciding on what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. Once the requirements are met, the player can select the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will raise the item's level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can take between a few seconds and minutes, depending on the rarity of the item.

The upgrade process also is risk-free, and does not impact the longevity of the item. It's an excellent option for players who wish to gain an advantage in battle, but don't want to strain their wallets. Clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto a new piece of gear.

The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for players who are new to the game. There are several methods to get these stones. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, collect them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Additionally players can cut down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is a feature that allows you to boost the stats of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials and pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume upgrade materials and grant the item an increased level, which gives the item an additional boost in the area. This process continues until the item upgrader reaches its highest level.

Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon beside their slot. Contrary to enchantments upgrade components cannot be stacked against each other, and can only be added to a single item level upgrade at a time. Furthermore, each upgrade component will require a certain quantity of items to be applied and an appropriate level for the equipment.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add items to be upgraded. On the right side, previews show what the gear will look like at its next level. When players have enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.

A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its stats will increase by a small percentage. The maximum level of an item is 19.

Once an item upgrader kit has reached its highest level, upgrades will not be available to it. Also, when a piece of gear reaches an upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be slotted into armor, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools to give an added bonus or effect when the equipment is equipped. They can be bought through vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed by acquiring new ones. However, this can cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.

Requirements

Upgrades to items allow players to increase the stats of certain armors and weapons they already have. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on the kind of item but generally, you'll need Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

Upgrades to items can be used to make set pieces or weapons to provide additional effects or to increase the quality item. The upgrades can be acquired through a variety of sources in the game, such as crafting, purchased from the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been placed into an object, it isn't able to be removed or replaced. However, glyphs can be swapped freely.

Upgrading an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can boost the stats of the item upgrades.

The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun" for example, increases base defense and gives an additional 20 percent chance of blocking. In addition the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.

Upgrades can be beneficial for certain items, but not because they increase stats. They are more valuable to players when they achieve the perfect roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for instance is highly coveted by melee PvP communities and could be worth 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.

When you choose an upgrade component that you want to put into an item the game will display an open window that displays the requirements required for that item. This includes the type of item (either Armor or Weapon), the tier of that item as well as the upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade items.

The game will add an item in your inventory when you've met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how close to finishing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by going to any item upgrader NPC.
