What Is Item Upgrade And How To Utilize It
Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can sometimes increase the power of a piece of equipment and, sometimes, even add extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements and the number of random augmentations used.
For example, the elite shield of racial violence Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to provide additional defenses on missile based designs in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable over the unupgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens are a way to reroll an item upgrade you have acquired, such as armor, weapon or ring. The item is swapped for a different one similar one, with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens are an affordable method of upgrading gear. However, they do not retain the same level as the original item and any resources wasted will not be refunded.
The surviving players can acquire tokens to reroll in many ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in chests and crates or purchase them from the stores for $150 each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attribute of a piece equipment such as increasing its damage.
Players can reroll their equipment in three attributes three categories: physical power, magic power, and health. Upgrades to physical power boost the damage caused by weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and rings. Health upgrades give the player an additional level of health.
Three types of reroll tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each upgrade elevates the item to higher quality. To create them, you require a higher-quality reroll token. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require items that are either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
As opposed to other tokens or markers placed on Action spaces The reroll marker is left on the space until the next success result is to be rerolled. This helps you save upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the beginning of every preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by grabbing on to them. Once they're opened they show a complete description and an icon for the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's shop will exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.
In the course of an event, blueprints may be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool due to selected Franchise Cards. This changes which blueprints the restaurant's shop offers to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that boost the level of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell these stones for a cost. In addition, players can get these stones by completing daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment players first need to find the item they want to upgrade and then click the "level up" button. This will show a list of the item's level, and what it will become after being leveled-up. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to do so. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Most often rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires only one blue or green Growth Stone.
After deciding what to upgrade, players must select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the corresponding cost. Once the player has met the requirements, he can hit the upgrade button and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be raised in level a certain percentage. Based on the rarity of the item the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.
The upgrade process is also safe and doesn't impact the durability of the item. This makes the system an ideal way for players to get a significant advantage in combat without putting stress on their bank account. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto a new piece of gear.
The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be daunting for new players. There are a variety of ways to acquire these stones, such as contract completion and purchasing them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, obtaining them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from the reward chests during the Ancient Arena season. In addition players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that lets players boost the base stats of weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item upgrader with upgrade materials and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will consume the upgrade materials and give the item an upgrade level, giving the item a boost in the area. This process can continue until the item reaches its highest level.
Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon beside their slot. Upgrade components, unlike enchantments, can't be applied to more than one item at once. Each upgrade component will require a certain number of items and a minimum equipment level.
The Upgrade Station features two slots: the left one is where players can place equipment that needs that they wish to upgrade, and the right shows a preview of what the equipment will look like once it is at its next level. Once a player has enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will initiate the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time an item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.
Once an item has reached its maximum level, its upgrades will not be available to it. When a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades for that track will have discounted prices.
Upgrade components are a kind of equipment that can slot into armors, weapons trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets to provide an additional effect or bonus while the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by new ones, but doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs which can be replaced and removed at any time.
Requirements
item upgrades (articlescad.Com) give players the ability to increase certain stats on armor and weapons that they currently have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the type of item however, you'll generally require Dilithium and the number of Upgrade Tokens.
The upgrade items can be incorporated into equipment sets and weapons for additional effects or to increase the level of the item. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, such as crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade component is placed in an item it cannot be removed and substituted without restriction, however glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped without restrictions.
The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Additionally, some upgrade components include additional modifiers that could further improve the item's stats.
The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun", for instance, increases defense base and provides an additional 20 percent chance of blocking. The DPS "Wildfire" on the other hand increases damage from weapons.
Certain items benefit from upgrading less for their increased stats and more because it allows players to get the maximum amount of value from a perfect roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for instance is highly coveted by the melee PvP communities and could be worth up to 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.
When you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item the game will display a pop-up window that shows the requirements required for that item. The game will display the required requirements when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item upgrade.
The game will add an item in your inventory when you've met the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will then update to show you how close you are towards finishing the upgrade. You can also track the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
