The introduction paragraph is an essential element of any essay. It identifies the topic or question that your essay will examine and provides a reason for your position on it.

Upgrade components

Upgrade components are things that can be inserted into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools to give an added benefit or additional effect when the equipment is utilized. They can be bought from vendors or other players, looted or obtained as rewards, or made with crafting materials. Upgrade items can be cosmetic effects in addition to providing attribute bonuses.

Upgrade components include inscriptions enhancements and infusions. They are not generally available for general use, and can only be applied to ascended equipment or some non-ascended weapons from the Factions campaign. Infusions, inscriptions, as well as enrichments can be extracted from equipment by using an Infusion Extraction Device, or salvaged using a Blacklion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage Tool.

Phoenix Boxes, unlike other upgrade items can be traded and re-used when still attached to an item they are upgrading. These upgrade items can be used to boost the quality of armor and weapon without spending Dilithium. They can increase the chances that the item will receive a quality upgrade.

An upgrade component in an item may be replaced with another but it is not able to replace the previous one (except for upgrades of legendaries and equipment that has been ascended). Upgrade components are only available to upgraded items with an identification level of zero or more. Adding an upgrade to an existing weapon equipped with a prefix or suffix upgrade will display the name of the upgraded Best item upgrade as it appears in the game (for instance, adding the Radiant Insignia to Canthan Armor will cause it to be named Canthan Armor of Minor Vigor). A player is limited to three upgrade items at one time.

Glyphs

Glyphs are a useful addition to any product, as they can provide numerous unique advantages and boosts. Some Glyphs increase the number of affixes that an item has, which increases its power. These glyphs are obtained through the completion of dungeons. They can also be found in specific World Tier 3 zones. It's important to remember that glyphs are only available to characters who have created a dungeon that has the same level of depth.

To use a Glyph you first need to create it with components and then connect them via anchors. The component will then automatically align itself to other components or paths within the same layer. If you don't wish to create the glyph from components, you can create it using a combination of paths and anchors. Drag an element in close proximity to an element highlighted to snap it into place.

Certain glyphs require specific conditions to be met like 25 Dexterity in a specific area on the Paragon Board. Certain glyphs require a certain number of Primary Stat Nodes to be activated, which could also be difficult to achieve. Certain glyphs have a radius that increases with each level.

Glyphs are used for various items and can be added to any weapon, except for weapons belonging to a particular class. Some of these glyphs require conditions for instance, having a certain amount of dexterity or attack damage in a specific area on the Paragon board.

The Defend Glyph adds a 5% chance to block enemy attacks. It also has a chance of 15% to render the Hero vulnerable for two turns.

There are a few glyphs that can be added to tools that are limited-use, such as the Black Lion Chest or Trading Post. These glyphs contribute to the Combat Mechanic Achievement.

The most commonly used glyphs are the attack glyphs which boost the ATK substats of Artifacts by a flat value. These glyphs are particularly useful for classes that rely on weapons with a range, such as Warriors or Rogues. Other glyphs include the Exploit Glyph, which makes enemies who strike the Hero vulnerable to damage.

Reroll tokens

Reroll tokens are special tokens that are used to reroll one of the results that are rolled when taking an Action. When the reroll happens the tokens are then discarded. Reroll tokens are obtained in a variety of ways, such as through the dungeons, raids, and skirmishes. You can also buy them in the shops or from other players. They are particularly useful in dungeons and trials, as they allow players to reroll rewards at the bottom of the chest.

Recycle points are available for items at level 1. When an item is recycled, it will add a specific amount of points to the upgrade gauge. This value is based on both the item's rarity and level. In addition, the upgraded item upgrader will not keep its level when it is rerolled and the cost of recycling an upgraded item increases with its level.

Alternatively, a player can make use of reroll tokens to make an upgrade item rerollable however, this won't return the item to its original state or give it its original statistics. This is a great option for players who wish to reroll an item upgrader kit that they don't like, but would like to keep it in their collection.

There are three different types of upgrade tokens that are available in the game: reroll random, and upgrade. Each type comes with a couple of subtypes. For instance, tokens that reroll are available in three levels: rare, enhanced and legendary. Each level requires an item from its respective level to make a new item of that quality.

To make use of reroll tokens, click on the Satanic or Angelic item in the inventory and select "Reroll Token". Select a type of token. The tokens that are available include Item, Weapons, Misc, 1hguns, 2hguns, and Focus. The Item token can be used to create an Item in any quality. Using a Weapon or Misc token will produce a new weapon of the same faction.

There is also a chance that the item will be upgraded to a different item that has more level and same additional stats. This is likely to happen when the item is placed in the Non-droppable Pool or was transferred to it as part of a Franchise Card.
