What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The item upgrader adds a new widget to the top of the Angel and Cash Upgrade windows. This Manager costs 33 billion Angel Investors and offers no benefits to gameplay other than making it easier to view and buy upgrades.
Increases the effectiveness of

Costs
There are some costs related to upgrades of items. The first is the upgrade itself. The cost is based on the item upgrader kit's new ilvl and the amount of perks it gains and can be costly. Upgrades to higher levels (such as Explorer to Champion or Veteran to Heroic) can be costly.

It takes time to upgrade an item. It can take up to 8 hours, depending on the size of an upgrade. The upgraded item's base stats are calculated by using the item's new ilvl bonuses, perks, and other properties. This calculation determines the new Armor Class bonuses, damage dice, as well as other important stats. In certain cases, an upgrade can grant additional perks. These perks are available on a list.

Another way to increase the chances of a successful upgrade is by using an item called the Blacksmith Blessing or an upgraded version of it. This item is helpful if you have an item or weapon gear that has reached the highest level for its tier or is close to it. It allows you to upgrade that piece of equipment to the next level without risking breaking.
If an upgrade fails, the system will be restored to its original condition. This is usually a break, but can also be a downgrade. It is an excellent idea to save an upgrade item for when you are close to the maximum level of an item, and use it as a last resort.
There are many items in the Kafra shop that can be used to increase the chances of an upgrade succeeding. For example upgrading an item of equipment using HD Oridecon or HD Elunium multiple times will give you an increased chance of success. The success rate will also be increased if you can increase the chance of getting a Double Mint by Shoe-Minting five times.
Failure Rate
